dc.description.abstractEste trabajo hace referencia el estudio la tierra en la ciudad de Ocaña y su jurisdicción entre 1800 a 1821, donde se trato de averiguar la formación de la propiedad territorial y las formas de aprovechamiento de la tierra, por medio de las compraventas de tierra y la utilización de los censos; empleando los archivos dejados en la notaria única de la ciudad. Aplicando la estadística como método cuantitativo para observar el número de transacciones ocurridas entre compraventas de tierra y censos, donde se asoció a una periodicidad de cinco lapsos de tiempo para la compresión de la dinámica territorial entre 1800 a 1821. Para ello se describió los tipos y frecuencias de las compraventas de tierra como de los censos, pudiendo determinar con las compraventas el área de la ciudad como de su jurisdicción o lo que fue su territorio, el tipo de espacio vendido, las formas de explotación de estos espacios y la frecuencia de venta que se hacía en el mercado. En lo referente a los censos se determino el tipo de censo, además sirvió como transacción que dio efectivo al mercado y fue de alguna manera la forma financiera de hacer productiva la tierra; así el individuo la llevo al mercado, ya que represento un respaldo que traducía en crédito. Esto de alguna manera determinó los posibles usos productivos de la tierra puestos que con ello se obtuvo mayor crédito.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work makes reference the study the earth in the city of Ocaña and its jurisdiction among 1800 at 1821, where you treatment of discovering the formation of the territorial property and the forms of use of the earth, by means of the earth sales and purchases and the use of the censuses; using the files left in he/she would notice it only of the city. Applying the statistic as quantitative method to observe the number of transactions happened between earth sales and purchases and censuses, where he/she associated to a rhythm of five lapses of time for the compression of the territorial dynamics among 1800 at 1821. For it was described it the types and frequencies of the earth sales and purchases like of the censuses, being able to determine with the sales and purchases the area of the city like of their jurisdiction or what their territory, the type of sold space, the forms of exploitation of these spaces and the sale frequency that it was made in the market was. Regarding the censuses you determines the census type, it also served as transaction that gave effective to the market and it was the financial form somehow of making productive the earth; the individual takes this way it to the market, since I represent a back that he translated in credit. This somehow determined the possible productive uses of the put earth that with it was obtained it bigger credit.
