dc.description.abstractEl siguiente proyecto analiza la factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de Chocolate de mesa enriquecido con Verdolaga en el Municipio de Barbosa Santander, denominada las necesidades de los consumidores que presentan dificultad en la salud provocado por la obesidad y el sobrepeso. En primera instancia se realizó formulación del proyecto, identificando sus objetivos y partes que los componen. Se planteó un estudio de mercados estableciendo la demanda de chocolates especiales, su oferta, precio, canales de comercialización; Con base en esta información se efectuó un estudio técnico, identificado el tamaño, ubicación, ingeniería y paquete tecnológico que garantiza un producto de excelente calidad, mediante la implementación de procesos industrializados que permite ofrecer productos a bajos precios. Se identifica la forma de constitución legal de la empresa y su organización. En la fase final de la formulación del proyecto se presenta un análisis y evaluación financiera detallada, que refleja resultados positivos garantizando la viabilidad económica del proyecto. El proyecto pretende contribuir con el desarrolló agroindustrial del municipio de Barbosa Santander y regional, así como incentivar su fortalecimiento social, ambiental y económico.
