dc.description.abstractEl siguiente informe establece la factibilidad sobre la creación de una productora de muebles elaborados en bambú laminado en la ciudad de Bucaramanga y Área Metropolitana, la cual ofrecerá muebles de alta calidad, con diseños innovadores como objetivo principal. Este proyecto está dirigido a los 198.847 hogares de estratos 3, 4, 5 y 6 de Bucaramanga y su Área Metropolitana. Para este mercado existe una demanda insatisfecha de 6.761, que no están siendo atendidos por la oferta existente. Para lograr gran impacto en la demanda se busca invertir en publicidad y promoción eficiente, por lo cual se invertirán $8´650.000 en el lanzamiento y de $16´680.000 anuales en la etapa operativa. La empresa funcionará en el barrio Girardot, en Bucaramanga, se constituirá como una sociedad limitada, integrada por las autoras del proyecto; tendrá una nómina de 12 personas que ocuparán cargos de acuerdo a las funciones necesarias. La inversión total será de $ 128.862.701 de los cuales los socios fundadores aportarán el 61,20% correspondiente a $78.862.701; para cubrir el 100% de esta inversión se acudirá al financiamiento de entidades bancarias a través de un crédito bancario por $50.000.000. El proyecto cuenta con VPN positivo por $178.416.773 y una TIR de 48,58%, con un periodo de recuperación en dos años, cinco meses y ocho días; el punto de equilibrio está en vender 277 productos distribuido en 99 juegos de sala, 54 juegos de comedor y 124 juegos de alcoba.
