dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo evidencia los resultados de la práctica empresarial en COINOBRAS S.A.S. como auxiliar de ingeniería civil en los proyectos del edificio AKAU25 y EL JARDÍN, las cuales consistían en un proyecto residencial y una obra urbanística destinada a ser la sede principal de la empresa, respectivamente. En estos dos proyectos se brindó apoyo en las actividades de supervisión en los frentes indicados por el residente y/o Coordinador de actividades, control de calidad y entrega de inmuebles en AKAU25, análisis de presupuesto y evaluación en la línea de tiempo en el JARDÍN.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work demonstrates the results of the business practice at COINOBRAS S.A.S. as a civil engineering assistant in the AKAU25 and EL JARDÍN building projects, which consisted of a residential project and an urban project intended to be the company's main headquarters, respectively. In these two projects, support was provided in supervision activities on the fronts indicated by the resident and/or Activity Coordinator, quality control and delivery of properties in AKAU25, budget analysis and evaluation on the timeline in EL JARDÍN
