dc.description.abstractLa empresa BP EXPLORATION COMPANY COLOMBIA opera en los campos de Cusiana, Cupiagua y Piedemonte en el departamento del Casanare (Colombia). Debido a sus ejercicios, generan residuos sólidos de tipo industrial y doméstico, los cuales deben ser dispuestos, razón por la cual, en el año 1995 se realiza el diseño del campo facilitador para el manejo de residuos sólidos de Cupiagua (FMRS-CUP) y en junio de 1998 se inicia su operación a la par con el campo de Cusiana (FMRS-CUS). Durante el tiempo de operación del relleno se utiliza el Nivel 1 de la Etapa, de las cuatro etapas proyectadas, lo cual equivale al 5 % de su vida útil. Posteriormente la empresa adelanta un estudio técnico y económico de alternativas para el manejo de residuos en el Casanare, siendo una de las conclusiones el cierre de las FMRS-CUP. Es así como en enero de 2.000 se clausura el relleno sanitario de Cupiagua, para lo cual se realiza previamente un plan de clausura y postclausura. El presente estudio contempla un Diagnostico Ambiental del relleno sanitario del CPF de Cupiagua en su etapa de postclausura, el cual relaciona niveles de estabilización del relleno respecto a la producción de biogas, calidad de lixiviado e interacción con las fuentes de aguas subterráneas y superficiales; también se evalúan parámetros de monitoreo y seguimiento con respecto a los lineamientos exigidos por CORPORINOQUIA y estudio de clausura y post-clausura; adicionalmente se verifican las condiciones ambientales por medio de una lista de chequeo y desarrollo, evaluación y análisis de matrices ambientales. Por último se evalúa la sinergia existente entre las FMRS-CUP y el relleno sanitario de Aguazul. Todo lo anterior con el fin de verificar estado actual del relleno, recomendar medidas de mitigación o control cuando sea necesario y uso futuro de las FMRS-CUP.

Due to its exercises, they generate solid residuals of industrial and domestic type, which should be willing, reason for the one which, in the year 1995 are carried out the design of the field facilitator for the handling of solid residuals of Cupiagua (FMRSCUP) and in June of 1998 its operation begins at the same time with the field of Cusiana (FMRS-CUS). During the time of operation of the filler the Level 1 of the Stage are used, of the four projected stages, that which is equal to 5% of its useful life. Later on the company advances a technical and economic study of alternatives for the handling of residuals in the Casanare, being one of the conclusions the closing of the FMRS-CUP. It is as well as in January of 2.000 the sanitary filler of Cupiagua is closed, for that which is carried out a closing plan and postclausura previously. The present study contemplates an Diagnose Environmental of the sanitary filler of the CPF of Cupiagua in its postclausura stage, which relates levels of stabilization of the filler regarding the production of biogas, quality of having leached and interaction with the sources of underground and superficial waters; monitoreo parameters and pursuit are also evaluated with regard to the limits demanded by CORPORINOQUIA and closing study and post-closing; additionally the environmental conditions are verified by means of a checkup list and development, evaluation and analysis of environmental wombs. Lastly the existent synergy is evaluated between the FMRS-CUP and the sanitary filler of Aguazul. All the above-mentioned with the purpose of verifying current state of the filler, to recommend mitigation measures or control when it is necessary and use future of the FMRS-CUP.
