dc.description.abstractEste proyecto de grado trabajó sobre la información recolectada por proyectos realizados por la Universidad Industrial de Santander acerca de la infraestructura en los servicios públicos en los municipios del Departamento de Santander, por medio de su organización y diagnóstico, enmarcando la situación del Departamento de Santander en cuanto a servicios públicos y teniendo como referencia temporal la que otorgan los datos previamente depurados. Además se generó una metodología de evaluación de la calidad en la infraestructura y la prestación de los servicio públicos basada en la implementación de indicadores relacionados directamente con la información recopilada y fundamentada en investigaciones sobre la percepción de la calidad y el satisfacción de los clientes. Como otro producto de este proyecto se publicó toda la información analizada en forma de una página en la Web hospedada en un servidor público con herramientas preprogramadas que le permitan a los usuarios realizar consultas y hacer uso libre de la información. Lo que se busca con esto es poner la información tanto a disposición de las entidades pertinentes como del público en general con el ánimo de otorgarles herramientas que faciliten su papel en el entorno social en que se desenvuelvan, bien sea como fiscales y veedores de las entidades prestadoras o como prestadoras de soporte de las mismas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project worked on the information collected in investigations made by the Universidad Industrial de Santander about the infrastructure in the public services of the municipalities of Santander County, through its organization and diagnosis, with background in the temporal reference of the previously depured data. So it generated a evaluation methodology of the quality in the infrastructure and giving of the public services based in the implementation of indicators directly related with the collected information and justified on investigations about the perception of quality and the user satisfaction. The methodology group qualitative variables and their definition into packs of factors that allow to determinate a grade to a city in comparison with the County. As another product of this project it’s published all the analyzed information in the way of a Web page hosted by a public server with previously programmed tools that let to the users making consultations and free use of the information. The meaning of this is to put the information on availability of the appropriated entities rather general public with the motivation of giving them tools that make easy their roll into the social environment in that they develop, so as fiscal and prosecutor of the giving entities or as consulting member of themselves.
