dc.description.abstractHealth and Safety H&S IPS S.A.S. es una entidad prestadora de servicios de salud, que tiene como objetivo mejorar la calidad de vida de los usuarios y apoyar a las familias en los procesos de recuperación. Actualmente, se ha evidenciado un gran crecimiento empresarial dado a las relaciones con importantes EPS de la región, fue allí cuando los directivos concluyeron que para continuar brindando un óptimo servicio debían enfocarse en la satisfacción del cliente, la calidad de su recurso humano y la formación del personal orientada al cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales, en general, un mejoramiento del proceso de gestión del talento humano. Por ende, los propósitos del proyecto de grado se focalizaron en identificar fortalezas y falencias mediante un diagnóstico estratégico, con base en dicha etapa se diseñaron e implementaron propuestas de mejoramiento teniendo en cuenta su viabilidad, periodo de ejecución, recursos necesarios y consecuencias. Finalmente, se midió el éxito del proyecto de grado y el cumplimiento de los objetivos, por medio de tres indicadores de gestión referentes a: el impacto generado por la actualización de los perfiles de cargo de la empresa, la mitigación de debilidades identificadas y la mejora general del proceso de gestión de talento humano.
dc.description.abstractenglishHealth and Safety H&S IPS S.A.S. is a company that provides health services, which aims to improve the quality of life of users and support families in the recovery process. Nowadays, a great business growth has been evidenced due to the relationships with the most important EPS in the region. At this point, the managers concluded that in order to continue providing an optimal service, they should focus on customer satisfaction, the quality of their human resources and the training of the staff oriented to the fulfillment of the organizational objectives, in a few words, an improvement of the human talent management process. Therefore, the purposes of this project focused on identifying strengths and weaknesses through a strategic diagnosis. Taking into account this stage, improvement proposals were designed and implemented based on their viability, execution period, necessary resources and consequences. Finally, the success of this project and the fulfillment of the objectives were measured, through three management indicators referring to: the impact generated by the updating of the company's position profiles, the mitigation of identified weaknesses and the improvement overview of the human talent management process.
