dc.description.abstractLa innegable interacción entre dos dimensiones humanas como el alma y el cuerpo, otrora y en este tiempo ha permanecido en la mente de cualesquier hombre, y han sido consideradas como los dos principios de los cuales está compuesto el ser humano. Vista desde la dialéctica platónica esta problemática ha logrado tal apogeo, al punto de incorporarse en la historicidad filosófica como elemento crucial en innumerables disciplinas. En términos literarios, la dualidad alma-cuerpo se introduce en la narrativa existencialista contemporánea, donde las posibilidades metafísicas de la filosofía se entreveran con la ficción y se convierten en el doloroso bagaje vital de un personaje. Surge entonces un tipo determinado de novelas, donde su autor sugiere la posibilidad de vislumbrar desde un mismo punto de partida la literatura y la filosofía. El anterior, es el caso de La insoportable levedad del ser, novela que desarrolla un relato un tanto polémico, pues los conflictos protagónicos se mueven a la luz de acontecimientos políticos e históricos, renombrados a partir de una historia amorosa. Caracterizada por el tinte existencialista de sus personajes y el afán de responder a la pregunta por el hombre y sus limitaciones, esta novela permite ver el conflicto existencial entre alma y cuerpo personificado en la mujer y sus manifestaciones amorosas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe undeniable interaction between two human dimensions as the soul and the body, once and at this time has remained in the mind of man, and have been considered as the two principles of which man is made. Looking from dialectic platonic, this problematic has obtained such apogee to the point that it rises up itself in the philosophical historicity as an important element in numerous disciplines. In literary terms, the dual soul-body is introduced in the contemporary existentialist and narrative where the meta-physic possibilities of the philosophy conjugate on fiction and turn over a painful but essential performance of a character. Then, a determined kind of novels arises and it is seen that the author suggests the possibility of browsing from a same divergence point for literature and philosophy. The previous one, it is the case of The Unbearable Slightness of Being, novel that develops a controversial story, dilemma due to the troublesome character around political and historical recalled events since a love story. It is characterized by the existentialist point of its characters that is the eagerness upon to answer the question on the man and his limitations. It can be said that this novel allows people observe the existential conflict between soul and body inside a woman and her loving manifestations.
