dc.description.abstract	Esta tesis aborda el problema de la concepción del Estado desde el pensamiento de Hegel y Marx a partir de los textos Líneas fundamentales de filosofía del derecho y Crítica a la filosofía del Estado de Hegel. El objetivo del escrito es encontrar el fundamento conceptual de cómo la filosofía de Hegel y Marx se diferencian en su forma de pensar el mundo real. Marx parte de la consideración de pueblo como la universalidad real y Hegel parte de la Idea de libertad como edición del espíritu. Para lograr este objetivo, se optó por realizar una cuidadosa exposición, en primer lugar, de las condiciones políticas de la sociedad alemana y las influencias filosóficas que recibieron ambos autores. En segundo lugar, se realizaron las definiciones de los problemas centrales de cómo los intereses privados de la sociedad civil y la familia, la génesis de la constitución y los poderes que representan la realidad del Estado como construcción ética que posibilita la libertad. Por último, se señalaron de forma puntal las diferencias entre los dos conceptos de Estado, desde las consideraciones acerca de la religión, el Estado real y Estado político, y la relación de la propiedad privada con la libertad del pueblo y la emancipación del pueblo dentro de la estructura Estatal.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This thesis addresses the problem of the conception of the State from the thought of Marx and Hegel based on the texts Elements of the Philosophy of Right and Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of the Right. The objective of the writing is to find the conceptual foundation of how the philosophy of Marx and Hegel differ in their way of thinking about the real world. Marx starts from the consideration of the people as the real universality and Hegel starts from the Idea of freedom as an edition of the spirit. To achieve this objective, it was decided to carry out a careful exposition, first of all, of the political conditions of German society and the philosophical influences that both authors received. Secondly, the definitions of the central problems were made, such as the private interests of civil society and family, the genesis of the constitution and the powers that represent the reality of the State as an ethical construct that enables freedom. Finally, the differences between the two concepts of State were pointed out, from considerations about religion, the real State and political State, and the relationship of private property with the freedom of the people and the emancipation of the people within of the State structure.
