dc.description.abstractLa Corporación Autónoma Regional de la Frontera Nororiental “CORPONOR” como máxima autoridad ambiental con jurisdicción en el departamento de Norte de Santander, acatando lo establecido en la Ley 99 de 1993, y siguiendo las directrices del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, se encarga de la administración, vigilancia y protección de los recursos naturales renovables, garantizando el crecimiento económico de la región, mediante el fomento del respeto hacia el medio ambiente, en su estructura administrativa cuenta con la Subdirección de Desarrollo Sectorial Sostenible (SDSS), la cual se encarga entre otras, del otorgamiento de permisos y licencias ambientales en el área correspondiente a su jurisdicción. Dentro de las actividades adelantadas por la SDSS en el cumplimiento de sus funciones se encuentra la de otorgar permisos para la tala y/o poda de árboles aislados en áreas urbanas, y la realización de aprovechamientos forestales en bosques naturales, por tanto para el alcance de los objetivos trazados durante la realización de la práctica se llevó a cabo el apoyo en la realización de visitas de evaluación con el fin de definir la viabilidad de los permisos para tala y poda de árboles Urbanos en el área metropolitana de la ciudad de Cúcuta y demás espacios urbanos correspondientes a la Dirección Territorial Cúcuta, asimismo la viabilidad de los aprovechamientos forestales de tipo Doméstico, Persistente y Únicos, bajo la normatividad ambiental establecida en el Decreto 1076 del 2015.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Regional Autonomous Corporation of the Northeastern Border "CORPONOR" as the highest environmental authority with jurisdiction in the department of Norte de Santander, in compliance with Law 99 of 1993, and following the guidelines of the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, is responsible for the administration , monitoring and protection of renewable natural resources, guaranteeing the economic growth of the region, by promoting respect for the environment, in its administrative structure has the Subdirectorate for Sustainable Sectorial Development (SSSD), which is responsible, among others, for the granting of environmental permits and licenses in the area corresponding to their jurisdiction. Among the activities carried out by the SSSD in the performance of its functions are the granting of permits for the clearing and / or pruning of isolated trees in urban areas, and the realization of forest utilization in natural forests, for the the objectives set during the implementation of the practice were carried out the support in the realization of evaluation visits in order to define the feasibility of the permits for pruning and pruning of Urban trees in the metropolitan area of the city of Cúcuta and others urban spaces corresponding to the Cúcuta Territorial Direction, as well as the viability of the domestic, persistent and unique type of forest exploitation, under the environmental regulations established in Decree 1076 of 2015.
