| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo se basa en el estudio de la problemática del Cementerio Municipal de Puerto Wilches, el cual presenta irregularidades para la prestación del servicio de inhumaciones, motivo por el cual se construyó; a esto se suma que la ubicación que inicialmente era estratégica para su cometido, quedo dentro del perímetro urbano de la municipalidad, cuando los asentamientos para los barrios nuevos del municipio se dieron. Adicionalmente dada su ubicación, por encontrarse en terrenos bajos, cuando es época de invierno ésta zona sufre grandes inundaciones. Por lo cual, se elabora una propuesta de reubicación y mejoramiento que comprometa a la primera autoridad del municipio, en su ejecución como obra de gran relevancia para sus conciudadanos durante su permanencia en la Alcaldía; la adquisición de un terreno apropiado, cumplir con requisitos legales, cuidar los detalles para el beneficio de la comunidad wilchense, infraestructura, administración, permitan una nueva alternativa para que el Parque Cementerio del municipio de Puerto Wilches esté al nivel de los parques cementerios nacionales. Con apoyo legal se dará los lineamientos respectivos en materia del manejo ambiental de estas empresas y el cumplimiento que éstas deben tener en miras a la preservación del medio ambiente evitando su deterioro. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work is based on the study of the problem of the Municipal Cemetery of Port Wilches, which presents irregularities for the benefit of the service of burials, reason for which was built; to this he/she sinks that the location that initially was strategic for their made, I am inside the urban perimeter of the municipality, when the establishments for the new neighborhoods of the municipality were given. Additionally given their location, to be in low lands, when it is winter time this area it suffers big floods. Reason why, it is elaborated a relocation proposal and improvement that it commits to the first authority of the municipality, in their execution like work of great relevance for their fellow citizens during their permanency in the Governorship; the acquisition of an appropriate land, to fulfill legal requirements, to take care of the details for the benefit of the community wilchense, infrastructure, administration, allow a new alternative so that the Park Cemetery of the municipality of Port Wilches is at the level of the parks national cemeteries. With legal support it will be given the respective limits as regards the environmental handling of these companies and the execution that these should have in aims to the preservation of the environment avoiding their deterioration. | |
