dc.description.abstractCon el objetivo de contribuir a la mejora de cada uno de los procesos que se llevan a cabo en una organización, se desarrolló la filosofía Lean en el sector manufacturero, buscando aumentar la productividad, la calidad y la rentabilidad. Por otro lado, con el éxito y el impacto que se ha evidenciado en el sector industrial, ha sido necesario implementarlo en otros sectores, como es el caso del sector servicios, que a lo largo de los años se han vinculado y han incorporado estas herramientas, demostrando que el pensamiento Lean junto con sus herramientas pueden adaptarse de acuerdo a la necesidad u objetivo que se quiera mejorar dentro de la organización. Es por ello que esta investigación presenta un análisis de las diferentes fuentes de información que permite identificar las herramientas que se aplican con mayor frecuencia en el sector salud, así como su adaptación dependiendo de los procesos misionales, además de los beneficios y barreras que se presentan al implementarlas y por último su impacto en el sector. De esta manera se obtiene un documento en el que se expone la información recopilada, así como un análisis de los cambios efectuados entre el Lean Manufacturing y el Lean Healthcare, lo cual permite tener una visión ampliada de la aplicación del Lean en la salud.
dc.description.abstractenglishWith the aim of contributing to the improvement of each of the processes carried out in an organization, the Lean philosophy was developed in the manufacturing sector, seeking to increase productivity, quality and profitability. On the other hand, with the success and impact that has been evidenced in the industrial sector, it has been necessary to implement it in other sectors, as is the case of the service sector, which over the years have been linked and have incorporated these tools, demonstrating that Lean thinking along with its tools can be adapted according to the need or objective to be improved within the organization. That is why this research presents an analysis of the different sources of information that allows identifying the tools that are most frequently applied in the health sector, as well as their adaptation depending on the mission processes, in addition to the benefits and barriers that arise when implementing them and finally their impact on the sector. In this way, a document is obtained in which the information collected is exposed, as well as an analysis of the changes made between Lean Manufacturing and Lean Healthcare, which allows to have an expanded vision of the application of Lean in health.
