dc.description.abstractEste sistema de Gestión se implementa en COTRASCAL S.A.S con el fin de diagnosticar el estado de la empresa mediante herramientas cualitativas e identificar cada uno de los procesos críticos de vital importancia para la organización así mismo identificar cuáles son los riesgos potenciales asociados a este evaluándolos a través de herramientas cuantitativas, estableciendo planes de contingencia y estrategias de respuesta ante eventos inesperados que puedan materializarse e interrumpir las operaciones de la organización y de esta manera contribuir a una pronta recuperación de la misma, proporcionando una mayor sostenibilidad en el tiempo.
dc.description.abstractenglishA Civil engineer must have a large knowledge about the material properties that are used in the Industry to determine the applications that can be used in any project. Also, the technology progress allows to replace conventional materials; like plastic, because it is comparatively a better material to use and recycle in a world where there is an increasingly polluted environment by the use of non-biodegradable or recyclable materials, making this a big problem in order to reduce the global warming and the polluted ecosystems, increasingly their damage. This is the reason why manufacturers have become aware, and nowdays they are using more plastic instead of using metallic materials. In this proyect was made a tension test preparation on plastic materials in the DMA and MTS Machine, Meeting the consumer needs, and analyzing their mechanical and dynamic behavior , putting them through to uniaxial forces, using a sample, and obtaining the properties with the available resources found in the material characterization lab of the Universidad Industrial de Santander. This research presents the data obtained in the past tests, elaborated with test tubes that were designed especially for this proyect and taking care about all the mandatory standars rules to carry them out.
