dc.description.abstractLa presente práctica tuvo como propósito cumplir y diseñar instrumentos archivísticos en la Corporación Autónoma Regional Para la Defensa de la Meseta de Bucaramanga (CDMB) bajo los lineamientos estipulados por el Archivo General de la nación como máximo referente de la normatividad y la disciplina archivística en Colombia. La práctica social contiene una serie de actividades ejecutadas. En primer lugar, se observa la elaboración de un ensayo exploratorio, alrespecto de la historia ambiental y el manejo de la erosión por parte de la CDMB en Bucaramanga. En segundo lugar, se presenta el Diagnóstico Integral de Archivo de 10 oficinas de la CDMB que arrojó problemáticas en torno a las áreas de talento humano, gestión documental, tecnología, medioambiente e infraestructura, entre otras. En tercer lugar, se desarrolló una intervención archivística de un metro lineal a la oficina “coordinación de gestión documental, información y archivo”. En cuarto lugar, se realizó el Formato Único de Inventario Documental del año 2020 correspondiente a la serie comunicaciones oficiales de la coordinación de gestión documental, información y archivo. Adicionalmente se desarrolló el FUID y Transferencia documental del año 2021, estas dos actividades dieron como resultado un total de 46 cajas inventariadas y transferidas. En quinto lugar, se elaboró el Banco terminológico como primer instrumento archivístico producido en la corporación. Finalmente, se estableció la metodología de la capacitación en organización de archivos e instrumentos archivísticos que posee la entidad para los profesionales encargados de las oficinas expuestas en el Diagnóstico Integral de Archivo. Dicha capacitación se plasmó siguiendolas conclusiones y vacíos evidenciados en el Diagnóstico Integral de Archivo de la CDMB y en las entrevistas realizadas a los profesionales quienes son garantes de la producción de información.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this practice was to comply with and design archival instruments in the Autonomous Regional Corporation for the Defense of the Bucaramanga Plateau (CDMB) under the guidelines stipulated by the General Archive of the nation as the highest reference for archival regulations and discipline. In Colombia. Social practice contains a series of executed activities. In the first place, the elaboration of an exploratory essay is observed, regarding the environmental history and the management of erosion by the CDMB in Bucaramanga. Second, the Comprehensive Archive Diagnosis of 10 CDMB offices is presented, which revealed problems in the areas of human talent, document management, technology, environment, and infrastructure, among others. In the third place, an archival intervention of one linear meter was carried out in the “coordination of document management, information and archive” office. Fourth, the Single Format of Documentary Inventory for the year 2020 corresponding to the series of official communications of the coordination of document management, information and archive was carried out. Additionally, the FUID and Documentary Transfer of the year 2021 were developed, these two activities resulted in a total of 46 inventoried and transferred boxes. Fifth, the Terminology Bank was developed as the first archival instrument produced in the corporation. Finally, the training methodology in organization of archives and archival instruments that the entity possesses for the professionals in charge of the ten offices exposed in the Comprehensive Archive Diagnosis was established. This training was shaped following the conclusions and gaps evidenced in the Comprehensive Diagnosis of the Archive of the CDMB and in the interviews carried out with the professionals who are guarantors of the production of information.
