dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este proyecto es dotar a la empresa CI Talsa de un prototipo de maquina atadora para el estudio del proceso de atado con todas sus variables y de un estudio de producción de una serie de atadoras para el mercado nacional, así como probar diversos mecanismos de interés en el prototipo tanto en el modelo virtual del prototipo como en el prototipo real construido. En este documento se puede encontrar información relevante acerca del proceso de atado con cintas, en especial con cintas deformables y de los diversos métodos que existen para realizar dicho proceso así como de las diversas maquinas que se emplean en el mismo. También se encuentra en el presente documento el proceso de diseño que se llevó a cabo, tanto diseño calculista como diseño por sistemas de diseño asistido de computador (CAD, por sus siglas en inglés), así como la descripción de cada mecanismo diseñado con sus respectivas imágenes, una sección dedicada a la construcción del prototipo mostrando algunas de las maquinas y procesos utilizados en dicho proceso, una sección dedicada a las pruebas realizadas con el mismo para su validación, se presentan también las conclusiones sobre el estudio realizado sobre la posible fabricación de una línea de equipos de atado.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe prime objective of this project is to provide of a twist tie machine prototype for a complete research about the twist tie process with all the involved variables and a construction of a line of twist tie machines for the local and national market for the CI Talsa Company. For that reason a test of all the mechanism of this prototype must been done in the virtual environment of a Computer Assisted design (CAD) program like in a real scale prototype. In this document you could find relevant information about the sealing bag process, especially about the twist tie process that is of common use in the bakery industry, the different methods to realize that process, and the machinery used in the twist tie process. Even you could find in the present document the design process of the twist tie machine prototype and the results of the modeling in the CAD environment, the description of every mechanism of this prototype with the respective images of every one, even a section of construction and another one with the tests that was realized to the prototype for validation of the function; even you could see the conclusions and recommendations of this design and construction process.
