dc.description.abstractLa idea de negocio consiste en la producción y comercialización de tres tipos de abono líquido orgánico, productos que aportan nutrientes y ayudan a la recuperación de las propiedades del suelo afectado por los abonos químicos, mejoran la productividad en los cultivos de los campesinos, contribuyendo al cuidado del medio ambiente y a una producción de cultivos sanos. El primer tipo de abono se realiza por la lombricultora, a partir de residuos orgánicos como cascaras de frutas, verduras, entre otros, los cuales se descomponen y sirven de alimento para las lombrices. El segundo se realiza mediante microorganismos, cultivados en una botella u otro recipiente. El tercer proceso es a base de estiércol con leche, melaza y cal, la mezcla se denomina caldo super 4. Para el desarrollo del proyecto, se realizarán análisis y estudios que permitan conocer y estimar la demanda, el mercado objetivo, los requisitos para crear la empresa, los trámites para adquirir los permisos de las entidades encargadas, las necesidades de mano de obra, los costos de la producción, los gastos administrativos y de ventas, la inversión inicial y con ello realizar una evaluación financiera, la cual permitirá conocer la viabilidad del proyecto, además se planteará la filosofía que la empresa tendrá para el funcionamiento eficiente de los trabajadores y la fábrica.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe business idea consists of the production and commercialization of three types of organic liquid fertilizer, products that provide nutrients and help to recover the properties of the soil affected by chemical fertilizers, improve the productivity of farmers' crops, contributing to the caring for the environment and producing healthy crops. The first type of compost is made by the worm farmer, from organic waste such as fruit and vegetable skins, among others, which decompose and serve as food for the worms. The second is done by microorganisms, grown in a bottle or other container. The third process is based on manure with milk, molasses and lime, the mixture is called super 4 broth. For the development of the project, analyzes and studies will be carried out that allow knowing and estimating the demand, the target market, the requirements to create the company, the procedures to acquire the permits from the entities in charge, the labor needs, the costs of production, administrative and sales expenses, the initial investment and with it carry out a financial evaluation, which will allow to know the viability of the project, in addition, the philosophy that the company will have for the efficient operation of the workers and the factory will be considered
