El modelo de negocio se centra en una plataforma digital que combina una aplicación móvil y un portal web, ofreciendo una interfaz fluida y eficiente para las empresas que requieren servicios de logística tercerizados (3PL). Esta plataforma permite a los clientes publicar sus ofertas de carga, mientras que las empresas de transporte pueden acceder a información detallada que facilita negociaciones rápidas y transparentes. Al aprovechar la tecnología blockchain, Optum Logistics tiene como objetivo innovar en la comunicación y gestión de datos críticos de carga, asegurando transparencia, seguridad y eficiencia en el proceso logístico.
