dc.description.abstractOBJETIVOS Evaluar el comportamiento del Dispositivo Intrauterino Insertado Intracesárea como método deanticoncepción temporal. Describir las características sociodemográficas y las frecuencias deexpulsión, sangrado, infección, migración, perforación y grado de satisfacción de las pacientes. METODOS Se realizó un estudio Descriptivo de Series Clínicas. Mujeres mayores de 18 años atendidas en elHospital Universitario Ramón González Valencia de Bucaramanga llevadas a cesárea y quedesean planificar con el DIU. Se intervinieron 48, insertándose 47 Dispositivos Intrauterinos, puesuna de las pacientes se excluyó por presentar sangrado excesivo en el momento de la cesárea. RESULTADOS La edad promedio fue 23 años con una edad mínima de 18 años y una máxima de 38. La edadgestacional promedio de 38 semanas. Se realizó cesárea segmentarea al 100% de las mujeres.De urgencia 63.8% y 36.2% electivas. A los dos meses de insertado el DIU, el 87.8% de laspacientes refirieron sentirse Muy satisfechas , el 7.3% se sintieron satisfechas, el 2.4% dijosentirse conforme y una paciente (2.4%) dijo estar insatisfecha. No se presentaron expulsiones niinfecciones, se retiro el dispositivo de una paciente por persistencia del sangrado abundante. CONCLUSIONES El Dispositivo Intrauterino T Cu 380 A, insertado Intracesárea. tiene similar comportamiento en laRetención, expulsión, perforación, migración e infección, que el insertado sesenta días PostCesárea.
dc.description.abstractenglishOBJECTIVE To evaluate the behavior of intrauterine device intracesarea like temporary method of contraception.To describe the social characteristics and the frequencies of expulsion, bled, infection, migration,perforation and degree of patients satisfaction. Greater women of 18 years taken care of in the universityhospital Bucaramanga Ramon Gonzalez Valencia, taken to cesarea and that wish to birth-controlwith the IUD. 48 patients entered to the study, being inserted 47 intrauterine devices, because one of the patients exclude to present bledexcessive at the moment of the cesarea. RESULTS The age average was 23 years with an age minima of 18 years and maximum of 38. Agegestacional average of 38 weeks, cesarea segmentarea to the 100% of the women, urgency 63.8%and 36.2% elective. The two months of inserted the diu, 87.8% of the patients they referred to feelvery satisfied, the 7,3% felt satisfied, 2,4 % said to feel conforms and a patient said to be insatisfied.Expulsions nor infections did not appear, retirement the device of a patient by persistence of theabundant bled. CONCLUSION The intrauterine device inserted intracesarea, has similar behavior in the retention, expulsion,perforation, migration and infection that inserted 60 days post cesarea. .
