dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se muestran las actividades que fueron desarrolladas en la empresa REPLASANDER LTDA para implementar el sistema de gestión ambiental bajo los lineamientos de la NTC ISO 14001:2004 y que le permitiera a la organización mejorar continuamente su desempeño ambiental. El modelo se basa en la mejora continua a través del ciclo planear, hacer, verificar y actuar, partiendo de un diagnóstico de la situación medioambiental de la empresa para la identificación de los aspectos ambientales y los requisitos legales. Luego se formuló la política ambiental y se plantearon los respectivos objetivos, metas y programas que nos permitieran controlar los aspectos ambientales encontrados, en la etapa de documentación fue necesaria la creación de todos los documentos y registros que exige la norma con el fin de lograr la conformidad de los requisitos para posteriormente implementar cada uno de los procedimientos y programas creados, mediante la comunicación y la capacitación a todos los empleados de la organización. La última etapa correspondió a la verificación del sistema mediante dos auditorias internas para evidenciar el cumplimiento de la norma y los objetivos ambientales planteados. Para finalizar se establecieron acciones correctivas para las no conformidades encontradas, logrando consolidar a REPLASANDER LTDA como una empresa comprometida con el medio ambiente y con toda comunidad.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work shows the activities that were developed at the company REPLASANDER LTDA to implement an Environmental Management System under lineaments of the NTC-ISO 14001:2004 norm, and allowed the organization to improve its environmental performance continuously. The model is based on continuous improvement through the cycle: Planning, Doing, Verifying and acting. It was started with a diagnosis about the current situation of the company to identify to environmental aspects and legal requirements. Then the environmental politic was formulated and there appeared the respective aims, goals and programs that were allowing us to control the environmental opposing aspects, in the stage of documentation there was necessary the creation of all the documents and records that demands the norm in order to achieve the conformity of the requirements later to help each of the procedures and created programs, by means of the communication and the training to all the employees of the organization. The last stage corresponded to the check of the system by means of two internal audits to demonstrate the fulfillment of the norm and the environmental raised aims. To finish corrective actions were established for the opposing non-conformities, managing to consolidate REPLASANDER LTDA as a company compromised with the environment and with all community
