dc.description.abstractEl presente documento es el informe de proyecto de grado, realizado a partir de la experiencia de práctica profesional de Trabajo Social, en busca de promover procesos de socialización en el contexto familiar, escolar y comunitario a partir de la adquisición de conocimientos sobre sexualidad, que permitan a los niños y niñas desarrollar competencias psicosociales para manejar las diversas situaciones de la vida diaria que involucran su dimensión sexual. El diseño metodológico utilizado fue participativo, se realizó en el municipio de Bucaramanga (Santander), con la participación de las madres comunitarias, las familias, las niñas y los niños de los Hogares de Bienestar Tradicional vinculados al Centro Zonal Carlos Lleras Restrepo ICBF. En el marco de la sexualidad como un tema inherente a los seres humanos en las distintas etapas de su vida, que debe contar con un proceso de socialización que permita el desarrollo saludable desde la primera infancia favoreciendo el desarrollo integral de los niños y niñas. Se consolidó este proyecto, a partir de la participación de los adultos cercanos a los niños y niñas, como las familias y madres comunitarias de los Hogares de Bienestar Tradicional, reconociéndolos como agentes orientadores en el proceso educativo, formativo y socializador. Con la finalidad de orientar la participación, reflexión, y comprensión de la socialización sexual en la primera infancia, a partir de las experiencias y saberes de los actores involucrados. Logrando iniciar los procesos de reconocimiento y aceptación del propio cuerpo, el desarrollo de la identidad con el sexo y con el género, la adquisición de conocimientos sobre la sexualidad y la adopción de prácticas de auto cuidado en el entorno familiar, escolar y comunitario.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present document is the project report of degree, realized from the experience of professional practice of Social Work, in search of promoting processes of socialization in the familiar, school and community context from the acquisition of knowledge on sexuality, which they allow to the children and girls to develop psychosocial competitions to handle the diverse situations of the daily life that involve their sexual dimension. The methodological used design was participative, was realized in Bucaramanga's municipality (Santander), with the participation of the community mothers, the family parents, the girls and the children of the Homes of Traditional Well-being linked to the Zonal Center Carlos Lleras Restrepo ICBF. In the frame of which the sexuality is a topic inherent in the human beings in the different stages of their life, which must rely on a process of socialization that it should allow the healthy development from the first childhood favoring the integral development of the children and girls. This project was consolidated, from the participation of the adults near to the children and girls, as the family and community mothers of the Homes of Traditional Well-being, recognizing them as guides agents in the educational, formative and social process. With the purpose of orientating the participation, reflection, and comprehension of the sexual socialization in the first childhood, from the experiences and kwoledges of the involved actors. Managing to start the processes of recognition and acceptance of the own body, the development of the identity with the sex and with the kind, the acquisition of knowledge on the sexuality and the adoption of practices of self care in the familiar, school and community environment.
