dc.description.abstractEste proyecto parte de la necesidad en desarrollar una estrategia de confiabilidad de clase mundo para el departamento de Gestión Integral del riesgo operacional y de la coordinación de los equipos rotativos del área ambiental, se hizo con el objetivo de contribuir con los indicadores de mantenimiento, disminuyendo los tiempos y costos de reparación, garantizando información confiable, completa y disponible al momento de las reparaciones planeadas o no planeadas. La metoambiental, fue el desarrollado por la auditoría técnica de APL´s de la GRB, quien se encargó de estandarizar este proceso a nivel de refinería, dando las pautas y las herramientas necesarias para el desarrollo adecuado de los APL´s. sistema de almacenamiento de información de ECOPETROL) en donde se encuentren las piezas del equipo, Herramienta que estará disponible de manera confiable a los usuarios siguiendo los estándares internacionales de disponibilidad al momento de realizar la reparación, los cuales ubicarán a ECOPETROL S.A. como una empresa de energía y petroquímica de clase mundial altamente competitiva.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project is the need to develop a strategy for world-class reliability for the department of Integral Management of operational risk and coordination of rotating equipment reliability at the refinery in Barrancabermeja. The development of APLS rotating equipment in the environmental area was made with the aim of contributing to the maintenance indicators, reducing repair times and costs, ensuring reliable, complete and available at the time of planned or unplanned repairs. The methodology followed for the creation of APL´s for rotating equipment in the environmental area, was developed by APL's technical audit of the GRB, who was in charge of standardizing the process refinery level, giving guidelines and tools necessary for the proper development of the APL's. The result of the creation of APL´S is a file loaded into the Ellipse System (Platform or storage system ECOPETROL) where are the pieces of equipment; tool that reliably available to the users according to international standards availability at time of repair, which located at Coppertop SA as an energy company and world-class petrochemical highly competitive.
