dc.description.abstractEsta pasantía tiene como objetivo principal contribuir en la elaboración de una base de datos a la investigación en curso ESTADO DE EXCEPCIÓN, CONSPIRACIÓN Y REPRESIÓN EN BUCARAMANGA 1978-1998 “LA MÁQUINA PARANOICA”, del grupo de investigación Políticas, Sociabilidades y Representaciones Histórico-Educativas (PSORHE). En este sentido y para satisfacer cumplir con los requisitos de investigación, la pasantía organizó y describió la información recolectada de los repositorios de la Biblioteca Luis Ángel Arango y el Centro de Investigación y Educación Popular (CINEP) aplicando como herramienta archivística la Norma Internacional de Descripción Archivística ISAD-G a publicaciones periódicas como: Vanguardia Liberal, El Colombiano, El Espacio, El Espectador, El Heraldo, El mundo, El País Cali, El Siglo, El Nuevo Siglo, El Tiempo, La República y Voz Proletaria; en la coyuntura de los hechos victimizantes durante la guerra sucia (1978-1998) y la guerra sucia orquestados por grupos de limpieza social como la Mano Negra en Bucaramanga y otras ciudades del país. La investigación analiza los discursos conspirativos, las estrategias y los mecanismos legales e ilegales de represión social, psicológica y sexual, en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, fundamentados y dirigidos por los dispositivos de seguridad nacional entre los años de 1978 y 1998 contra la sociedad civil organizada e individuos con posiciones ideológicas y acciones distintas a la norma del Estado colombiano. El uso de una metodología cualitativa con enfoque interpretativo permite a esta investigación aportar en la generación de nuevos conocimientos que contribuyen en el enriquecimiento de las temáticas de conflicto, paz y derechos humanos en la región y su sincronía con el mundo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe main objective of this internship is to contribute to the development of a database for the ongoing investigation STATE OF EXCEPTION, CONSPIRACY AND REPRESSION IN BUCARAMANGA 1978-1998 "LA MÁQUINA PARANOICA", of the research group Politics, Sociabilities and Historical-Educational Representations (PSORHE). In this sense, and to meet the research requirements, the internship organized and described the information collected from the repositories of the Luis Ángel Arango Library and the Popular Research and Education Center (CINEP), applying the International Standard of Description as an archival tool. Archival ISAD-G to periodicals such as: Vanguardia Liberal, El Colombiano, El Espacio, El Espectador, El Heraldo, El mundo, El País Cali, El Siglo, El Nuevo Siglo, El Tiempo, La República and Voz Proletaria; at the juncture of the victimizing events that occurred during the Dirty War (1978-1998) and the Social Cleaning orchestrated by Death Squads such as the Black Hand in Bucaramanga and other cities in the country. The research analyzes the conspiratorial speeches, strategies and legal and illegal mechanisms of social, psychological and sexual repression in the city of Bucaramanga, founded and directed by national security mechanisms between the years 1978 and 1998 against organized civil society and individuals with ideological positions and actions different from the norm of the Colombian State. The use of a qualitative methodology with an interpretive approach allows this research to contribute to the generation of new knowledge that contributes to the enrichment of the issues of conflict, peace and human rights in the region and their synchrony with the world.
