| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente informe presenta un análisis de la realidad del Instituto Politécnico de Bucaramanga frente a las reformas educativas que rigen actualmente en nuestro país y una reflexión acerca del funcionamiento y disposición de los resultados de la Institución educativa en términos de calidad, enfatizando en el manejo que se le da al área de Lengua Castellana.La propuesta pretende dar respuesta a una necesidad de la comunidad educativa, en este caso las dificultades detectadas en términos curriculares, pedagógicos y evaluativos a las que se ven enfrentados en el desarrollo de la vida académica. Para dar alcance a este propósito, los objetivos principales son informar a la comunidad educativa del alcance de las nuevas reformas y diseñar de estrategias que permitan mejorar dichas dificultades. En consecuencia, se retoma un marco legal referido a las políticas educativas y las diferentes reformas institucionales propuestas por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, para alcanzar la calidad en la educación del país y el desarrollo de competencias y habilidades en los educandos. La metodología empleada corresponde al desarrollo de estrategias y modelos de intervención para resolver dificultades reales en cuanto a la calidad educativa, realizar comparaciones entre el estado actual de la Institución y lo presentado por el Gobierno Nacional; por esto, incluye la realización de una fase diagnóstica, una revisión documental y comparaciones entre el estado actual y el estado propuesto por la Institución. De este último, se perciben resultados como el desconocimiento de algunos de los elementos formulados por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional para el logro del mejoramiento continuo de calidad. Finalmente, se espera que este informe contribuya con el desarrollo de nuevas propuestas investigativas. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The report presents an analysis of the reality of the Polytechnic Institute of Bucaramanga as opposed to the educative reforms that at the moment govern in our country and a reflection about the operation and disposition of the results of the educative Institution in quality terms, emphasizing in the handling that occurs to the area of Castilian Language .The proposal tries to give answer to a real necessity of the educative community, in this one case the difficulties detected in curricular, pedagogical and evaluative terms which they are faced in the development of the academic life. In order to give to reach to this one intention, the primary targets they are, to inform to the educative community of the reach of the new reforms and the design of strategies adjust to that allow to improve these difficulties. Consequently, a legal frame referred to the educative policies is retaken and the different propose institutional reforms by the Ministry from National Education, to reach the quality in the education of the country, the development of competitions and abilities in the students. The used methodology corresponds to the development of strategies and models of intervention to solve real difficulties as far as the educative quality, to make comparisons between the present state of the Institution and the presented thing by the National Government, this, includes the accomplishment of a diagnostic phase, a documentary revision, the analysis of Institutional documents, and comparisons between the present state and the state proposed by the Institution. Of this last one, results are perceived as the ignorance of some of the elements formulated by the Ministry of National Education for the profit of the continuous improvement of quality. Finally, one hope that this inform contributes with the development of new investigative proposals. | |
