dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo es un informe de la práctica empresarial desarrollada en la Empresa Pública de Alcantarillado de Santander S.A. E.S.P., EMPAS S.A. E.S.P., en la que se prestó un apoyo en la consolidación de un Sistema de información geográfica para la entidad, a manera de catastro digital de redes de alcantarillado a través de la revisión de las planchas del aplicativo subcontratado por la empresa. Por esto, se muestran las condiciones iniciales en las que el practicante encontró el producto, se describe la formulación, ejecución y control de un plan de apoyo al proyecto, y se presentan las condiciones finales del proyecto al término del contrato de aprendizaje. Adicionalmente, se describen las labores desarrolladas por el practicante a manera de participación profesional en la empresa, entre las que se destacan la consecución de la documentación y el diseño de planes de manejo de tránsito para la materialización de dos proyectos de la empresa, la revisión del diseño del alcantarillado del barrio Mirador de Carrizal, y el diseño estructural de la estructura de intersección de tuberías Río de Oro. Por último, se describe la creación de la guía para el diseño de Planes de manejo de tránsito, la guía para la solicitud de permisos de intervención en el área de prestación del servicio, y la guía para la solicitud de permisos de intervención en vías concesionadas, a través de una metodología basada en el estándar para la dirección de proyectos del Project Management Institute PMI®.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work is a report of the internship developed in the Empresa Pública de Alcantarillado de Santander S.A. E.S.P., EMPAS S.A. E.S.P., in which the intern supported the consolidation of a geographic information system for the entity, as a digital sewage system cadastre through the review of the application, outsourced by the enterprise. Therefore, the initial conditions in which the intern found the product are shown, the formulation, execution and control of a back-up plan is described, and the final conditions of the project in the end of the learning contract are presented. In addition, the labors developed by the intern as professional partaking in the enterprise are described, among which stand out the consecution of the complete documentation and the design of traffic management plans for the materialization of two of the enterprise projects, the review of the design of the sewage system of Mirador del Carrizal neighborhood, and the structural design of Río de Oro pipe intersection structure. Finally, the creation of the Traffic management plans design guide, the intervention permission request in the service delivery area guide, and the intervention permission request in under-concession roads guide, through a methodology based in the project management standard of the Project Management Institute PMI ® is described.
