dc.description.abstractEste proyecto presenta una investigación realizada sobre el mejoramiento de los procesos administrativos y comerciales para la empresa Coopsercol Ltda., empleando como metodología la identificación de las buenas prácticas de gestión a partir del proceso de Benchmarking. Para llevar a cabo el desarrollo del proyecto se realizó inicialmente un análisis de perfil interno y externo para conocer la situación inicial de la empresa, que posteriormente se usaría para establecer criterios de búsqueda de información que conlleven al planteamiento de propuestas de mejora en cada una de las áreas de interés del proyecto. Seguidamente se realiza la identificación de las buenas prácticas a través de las cinco etapas del proceso de Benchmarking planteadas por Spendolini y para finalizar se seleccionan las que mejor se adaptan a las necesidades de la empresa, se implementan las propuestas de mejora y se realiza una evaluación del impacto para determinar los cambios obtenidos mediante la realización del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project presents a research on the improvement of administrative and commercial processes of the Coopsercol Ltda., using as methodology the identification of good management practices from the Benchmarking process. In order to carry out the development of the project, an internal and external profile analysis was initially carried out to determine the initial situation of the company, which would later be used to establish criteria for searching information that lead to the proposal of improvement proposals in each of the areas of interest of the project. Next, the identification of good practices is carried out through the five stages of the Benchmarking process proposed by Spendolini and finally, the ones that are best adapted to the needs of the company are selected, the improvement proposals are implemented and an impact assessment is carried out to determine the changes obtained through the implementation of the project.
