dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de grado muestra el diseño y la implementación de un software para el plan de mantenimiento preventivo para la empresa IMECONS LTDA la cual busca fortalecerse en el competitivo sector de la industria de maquinaria pesada para diferentes obras civiles y petroleras en una ciudad en pleno desarrollo económico que demanda este tipo de industrias para su crecimiento económico y social. Primero se presenta a la empresa sus características que la definen como una industria de maquinaria pesada. Posteriormente se presenta la fundamentación teórica necesaria para desarrollar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo y el sistema de información. En el siguiente capítulo se desarrolla el modelo a seguir para la implementación del plan de mantenimiento preventivo propuesto para la empresa, realizando los respectivos análisis de criticidad y de Pareto para las máquinas y los repuestos, mostrando algunas de las rutinas y acciones a realizar sobre las máquinas más críticas. Posteriormente se tendrá el diseño del sistema de información que se hará inicialmente por medio de los diagramas de flujo, partiendo de los requerimientos específicos que tiene la empresa IMECONS LTDA, seleccionando el lenguaje más adecuado y mostrando el resultado final del sistema. Por último se realizaran pruebas para establecer la eficiencia y el aporte que este le hagan a la empresa y su proceso de mejoramiento continuo; y se concluirá a partir de la información recopilada en dichas pruebas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree project shows the design and implementation of software for preventive maintenance plan for the company IMECONS LTDA which seeks to strengthen in the competitive sector of the industry of heavy machinery for various civil and oil works in a city in economic development that demands this kind of industry for economic and social growth. First it is presented the company and its defining characteristics as a heavy machinery industry. Subsequently, it is presented the theoretical foundation necessary to develop a plan of preventive maintenance and also the information necessary to the information system. In the next chapter the needed model to implement the proposed business plan for preventive maintenance is developed, performing the respective criticality and Pareto analysis to all the machines and spare parts, showing some of the routines and actions to be taken on most critical machines. Later the information system design initially done through the flowcharts, starting from the specific requirements that the company has IMECONS LTDA, selecting the most appropriate language and showing the final result of the system is displayed. Finally tests were carried out to establish the efficiency and the contribution that this will make to the company and its process of continuous improvement; finally it is going to be concluded from the information gathered by those tests.
