dc.description.abstractSe presenta en este documento el prototipo de Sistema de Información que sirva como apoyo y facilitador de interacción entre padres en su proceso de maternidad y el personal de salud. Teniendo como objetivo brindar una herramienta que facilite el acceso al acompañamiento de enfermería a madres primerizas que a falta de experiencia y preparación llegan a desarrollar diversas problemáticas. Esto en pro de minimizar el número e impacto de las mismas. El ámbito de desarrollo del sistema de información consiste en adecuarse a los requerimientos de cuatro agentes: el súper administrador, el administrador, personal de enfermería y personas en etapa de maternidad, todo esto bajo criterios de análisis, adaptación, rendimiento y seguridad. Los agentes son quienes evidencian de primera mano el funcionamiento del sistema ya que son quienes interactúan con él directamente. La consecución del proceso mencionado se realiza en base al conocimiento adquirido en el desarrollo de la carrera y la información suministrada por los agentes involucrados junto con el uso de herramientas tecnológicas.

Description: This paper presents the prototype of an information system that serves as a support and facilitator of interaction between parents in their maternity process and health personnel. The objective is to provide a tool that facilitates access to nursing support for new mothers who, due to lack of experience and preparation, develop various problems. This in order to minimize the number and impact of these problems. The scope of development of the information system consists of adapting it to the requirements of four agents: the super administrator, the administrator, nursing staff and people in the maternity stage, all this under the criteria of analysis, adaptation, performance and security. The agents are the ones who have first-hand evidence of how the system works, since they are the ones who interact with it directly. The achievement of the aforementioned process is based on the knowledge acquired in the development of the career and the information provided by the agents involved together with the use of technological tools.
