dc.description.abstractEste proyecto surge ante un problema específico social: los cambios que ocurrieron en los procesos pedagógicos de lectura en la actualidad, motivados por la pandemia del 2020. Ante tales circunstancias, las investigadoras proponen comprender cuáles son las percepciones de padres de familia y estudiantes del área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, en torno a los procesos de lectura con recursos virtuales durante este periodo coyuntural. Para lograr tal propósito, se construye un instrumento, situado en un enfoque cualitativo que busca analizar la realidad, bajo un paradigma hermenéutico interpretativo: una entrevista estructurada para la recolección de datos de los participantes. Tras una muestra de conveniencia, participan en la entrevista 10 estudiantes y 10 padres de familia, quienes son entrevistados con el fin de complementar y triangular la información. Por cuestiones de acceso a los informantes, debido a la pandemia se realizaron las entrevistas por medio de audios. Los resultados se describen y se analizan mediante el software NVIVO y, luego, se contrastan; de ellos, surgen, entre otras, las siguientes conclusiones: la insatisfacción de padres de familia y estudiantes con la respuesta que han tenido las escuelas para afrontar la pandemia. dc.description.abstractenglishThis project arises faced with a specific social problem: the changes that occurred in the pedagogical processes of reading today, motivated by the 2020 pandemic. In such circumstances, the investigators they propose to understand what are the perceptions of parents and students of the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, around the reading processes with virtual resources during this conjunctural period. For achieve this purpose, an instrument is contained, located in a qualitative approach that seeks to analyze reality, under an interpretive hermeneutical paradigm: a structured interview for the collection of data from the participants. After a convenience sample, 10 students and 10 parents participate in the interview, who are interviewed in order to complement and triangulate the information. Due to questions of access to informants, due to the pandemic, interviews were conducted by means of audios.
