dc.description.abstractAl realizar los procedimientos técnicos constructivos o gestión técnica constructiva en una obra civil, se requiere un óptimo seguimiento y control indispensable que permita garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas del proyecto, la finalidad de este trabajo es gestionar la documentación y formatos de apoyo técnicos constructivos en coexistencia con el plan de calidad de construcción como el control de planos y documentos técnicos para revisión, solicitando aclaraciones o ajustes para dar inicio a actividades, seguimiento y control del concreto, acero y demás materiales de construcción, realizar registros de verificaciones de control durante la ejecución. En este artículo se expone la experiencia vivida como auxiliar de ingeniería civil en supervisión técnica de obra en apoyo al ingeniero supervisor de obra, en las etapas del proyecto de vivienda edificio multifamiliar, siguiendo las normas técnicas legales de urbanismo y la norma estructural aplicable al proyecto. Adicionalmente, mostrar el procedimiento y los resultados del estudio de patología de los materiales realizados en los sótanos del edificio multifamiliar en la ciudad de Bucaramanga *
dc.description.abstractenglishWhen carrying out the technical constructive procedures or technical constructive management in a civil work, an optimal monitoring and indispensable control is required to ensure achieve with the project goals, the purpose of this work is to manage the documentation and formats of technical constructive support in coexistence with the construction of quality plan such as the control of plans and technical documents for review, requesting clarifications or adjustments to initiate activities, monitoring and control of concrete, steel and other construction materials, perform control verification records during the execution. This article describes the experience lived as a civil engineering assistant in technical supervision of work in support of the supervising engineer of work, in the stages of the multifamily building housing project, following the legal technical urban planning norms and the structural norm applicable to the draft. Additionally, show the procedure and the results of the pathology study of the materials made in the basements of the multifamily building in the city of Bucaramanga
