dc.description.abstractEste Trabajo de grado aborda la realización de la gestión de proyectos de ingeniería siguiendo el paso a paso el PMBOK, libro del Project Management Institute. Aplicando y siguiendo las distintas directrices y reglamentaciones que se tienen en Colombia para el tema de la energía eléctrica y sus instalaciones. Éste se hace con el fin de actualizar una mina a cielo abierto donde se identifiquen las falencias eléctricas, fallas de equipos, no requerimientos y las normativas incumplidas a la hora de realizar la actualización. De igual manera realizar dicha actualización con nuevas cargas y proyecciones realizas a futuro debida al Reglamento Técnico de Instalaciones Eléctricas, suponiendo el terreno, la maquinaria, las instalaciones eléctricas, el personal, la capacidad de producción de la mina, consumo energético de la misma, paso a paso de la instalación tanto existente como la actualizada para así poder tener en cuenta una actualización y sea indispensable para su funcionamiento. La mina será de carbón y será una mina a pequeña escala donde se desea extraer mayor cantidad de carbón a través de un proyecto de actualización de equipos necesarios, costos, riesgos y estructuras de ejecución del proyecto para lograr en el tiempo estimado una entrega de proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree work addresses the implementation of engineering project management following the step by step of the PMBOK, a book from the Project Management Institute. Applying and following the different guidelines and regulations that are in Colombia for the issue of electric power and its facilities. This is done in order to update an open pit mine where electrical failures, equipment failures, non-requirements and unfulfilled regulations are identified at the time of updating. In the same way, carry out said update with new charges and projections made in the future due to the Technical Regulation of Electrical Installations, assuming the land, machinery, electrical installations, personnel, production capacity of the mine, energy consumption of the same, step by step of the existing installation as well as the updated one in order to be able to take into account an update and it is essential for its operation. The mine will be coal-fired and it will be a small-scale mine where it is desired to extract a greater amount of coal through a project to upgrade the necessary equipment, costs, risks, and project execution structures to achieve project delivery within the estimated time. The estimated time is projected by the equipment to be installed.
