dc.description.abstract	El gasto de combustible es un factor que afecta entre el 50 y 63% del costo de operación del transporte público convencional, lo cual hace que sea muy importante para las empresas tener indicadores que arrojen valores verídicos que permitan identificar las realidades de sus flotas, es este proyecto se estudiara el gasto de combustible por empresa del transporte público convencional del área metropolitana e Bucaramanga (AMB), el proceso que se llevó a cabo empezó extrayendo valores que nos ofrece la página del AMB, como por ejemplo rutas, frecuencias de despacho, capacidades mínimas y máximas, con estos datos se procede a calcular los valores de recorridos diarios y la flota discriminad por empresa, ya con el recorrido diario se halla el recorrido anual. Posteriormente se procede a determinar la tipología de la flota por empresa ya que con esta se le asigna un factor de rendimiento inicial (km/gal) que más adelante será ajustado dependiendo del modelo de vehículo, buscamos el valor de combustible ajustado a este año (2022). Ya teniendo dichos valores se procede a calcular el costo de combustible anual discriminado por empresa. se evidencia falencias desde el registro de datos por ruta como incumplimientos en rutas y horarios lo que hace que se tergiverse el estudio y el control del gasto de combustible.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The cost of fuel is a factor that affects the operating cost of conventional public transport by 50% and 63%, which makes it very important for companies to have indicators that show true values that allow them to identify the realities of their fleets. This project is the cost of fuel by conventional public transport company of the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga (AMB) was studied, the process that was carried out began by extracting values that the AMB page offers us, such as routes, dispatch frequencies, minimum capacities and maximum, with these data we proceed to calculate the values of daily routes and the fleet discriminated by company, and with the daily route the annual route is found. Subsequently, the typology of the fleet is determined by company, since with this an initial performance factor (km/gal) is assigned, which will later be adjusted depending on the vehicle model, we look for the value of fuel adjusted to this year ( 2022). Having these values, we proceed to calculate the annual fuel cost broken down by company. shortcomings are evident from the recording of data by route, such as non-compliance in routes and schedules, which makes the study and control of fuel consumption distorted.
