dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto se realizo en la Universidad Industrial de Santander, el cual se inicio en Noviembre del 2009 y finalizo en Agosto del 2010, cuyo principal objetivo se enfoco en Diseñar, Documentar e Implementar el Manual de capacitación del centro de entrenamiento para trabajo seguro en alturas bajo los lineamientos de la Resolución 3673 de 2008 . El proyecto parte del Diagnóstico con respecto al cumplimiento de los requisitos para el trabajo seguro en alturas que exige la Resolución 3673 de 2008 la cual fue modificada por la resolución 736 de 2009. En base a los resultados del diagnóstico se realizo el plan de implementación y se socializo con todos los encargados de Salud Ocupacional de la Universidad, posteriormente se documentó todos los manuales, procedimientos, diapositivas, hojas de vida de los equipos y mallas curriculares. Luego se implemento el sistema por medio de capacitaciones y socializaciones relacionadas con la protección, promoción y prevención de la salud de los funcionarios. Después de documentado e implementado el manual de protección contra caídas se realizo 2 (dos) capacitaciones como pruebas piloto para evaluar la efectividad del manual, y poder formular un plan de mejoramiento para el sostenimiento del programa de protección contra caídas para trabajo en alturas. Con la implementación del Manual de Capacitación del centro de entrenamiento para trabajo seguro en alturas en la Universidad Industrial de Santander se pudo minimizar los riegos a los cuales están expuestos lo funcionarios, desarrollando sus actividades laborales en ambientes más seguros evitando accidentes de trabajo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present project was realized in the Industrial University of Santander, which began in November, 2009 and finished in August, 2010, which principal aim focused in Designing, Documenting and Implementing the Manual of training of the center of training for sure work in heights under the limits of the Resolution 3673 of 2008. The project departs from the Diagnosis with regard to the fulfillment of the requirements for the safe work in heights that their demands the Resolution 3673 of 2008 which was modified by the resolution 736 of 2009. On the basis of the results of the diagnosis the plan of implementation was realized and was socialized by all the managers of Occupational Health of the University, later one documented all the manuals, procedures, slides, leaves of life of the equipments and meshes curricular. Then the system was implemented by means of trainings and socializations related to the protection, promotion and prevention of the health of the civil servants. After documented and implemented the protection manual against falls realized 2 (two) trainings as pilot tests to evaluate the efficiency of the manual, and to be able to formulate a plan of improvement for the maintenance of the protection program against falls for work in heights. With the implementation of the Manual of Training of the center of training for safe work in heights in the Industrial University of Santander it was possible to minimize the irrigations to which civil servants are exposed, developing his labor activities in surer environments avoiding work accidents.
