dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo es el resultado de una práctica social realizada en la empresa privada EME Ingeniería S.A., que tiene como objetivo central la Organización de la serie documental proyectos del fondo acumulado de dicha empresa, y así mismo, lograr un acercamiento a los archivos del sector privado y su utilidad para la historia a través de un balance historiográfico sobre la historia empresarial, el cual tiene el fin de analizar cómo la historia empresarial y de los empresarios se ha desarrollado en Colombia. Para lograr lo anterior, se recurrió a la interdisciplinariedad entre historia y archivística. La práctica social se dividió en cuatro procesos que dieron como resultado cuatro capítulos a entender, el primero de ellos corresponde con la realización del Diagnóstico Integral de Archivo y una breve presentación de la empresa en donde se realizó la práctica. En el segundo capítulo, se describe la implementación de los procesos de clasificación, ordenación, descripción y valoración, señalados en el Manual de organización de fondos acumulados del archivo general de la nación (AGN), dando como resultado el inventario documental y un análisis de la valoración de la serie Proyectos. Así mismo, se realizaron unas recomendaciones a la empresa para continuar con el proceso de organización documental. En el tercer capítulo, se centra en la reconstrucción de la Historia Institucional de la empresa, que sirvió como base para determinar el orden de procedencia de la documentación. Y finalmente se realiza un balance historiográfico para acercarnos a la historia empresarial.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present work is the result of a social practice carried out in the private company EME Ingeniería SA, whose main objective is the Organization of the Documentary Series Projects of the Accumulated Fund of said company, and likewise, to achieve an approach to the archives of the private sector and its usefulness for history through a historiographic balance on Business History, which aims to analyze how Business History and entrepreneurs have developed in Colombia. To achieve the above, interdisciplinarity between history and archives was used. The social practice was divided into four processes that resulted in four chapters to understand, the first of which corresponds to the completion of the Comprehensive File Diagnosis and a brief presentation of the company where the practice was carried out. The second chapter describes the implementation of the classification, ordering, description, and valuation processes, indicated in the Manual for the Organization of Accumulated Funds of the General Archive of the Nation (AGN), resulting in the documentary inventory and a valuation analysis. from the Projects Series. Likewise, some recommendations were made to the company to continue with the document organization process. The third chapter focuses on the reconstruction of the Institutional History of the company, which served as the basis for determining the order of origin of the documentation. And finally, a historiographic balance is made to get closer to Business History.
