dc.description.abstractEste documento contiene información sobre el uso de maderas en proyectos constructivos de vivienda, específicamente en relación a cubiertas en madera para casas campestres. El capitulo 1 contiene información, la cual se recopilo de distintas fuentes, que hablan sobre los procesos necesarios para llevar la madera de su estado natural a las industrias madereras, las cuales la comercializan para distintos usos, también habla sobre las variedades de maderas mas usadas en la construcción y especifica las propiedades y características de cada una de ellas. El capitulo 2 contiene las actividades realizadas durante el desarrollo del proyecto de grado el cual se realizo con la modalidad de practica empresarial. Por otra parte se muestra la descripción de los procesos que se le hacen a la madera en el aserrio de la empresa MADECOL con un análisis de costos por valor agregado y los aportes realizados en el aserrio para optimizar y organizar los procesos que se nombran allí. El aporte investigativo del proyecto de grado es un manual de construcción de cubiertas en madera para viviendas, el cual esta enumerado como el capitulo 4 de este libro, allí se muestran los pasos de oficina y de obra que se deben realizar para la construcción de cubiertas en madera.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document contains information on the use of wood in constructive projects of housing, specifically in relation to covered in wood for country houses. He surrenders 1 it contains information, which you gathers of different sources that talk about the necessary processes to take the wood from their natural state to the timber industries, which market it for different uses, also talks about the varieties of wood but used in the construction and it specifies the properties and characteristic of each one of them. He surrenders 2 it contains the activities carried out during the development of the grade project which one carries out with the modality of he/she practices managerial. On the other hand the description of the processes is shown that are made to the wood in the aserrio of the company MADECOL with an analysis of costs for added value and the contributions carried out in the aserrio to optimize and to organize the processes that are named there. The investigative contribution of the grade project is a construction manual of covered in wood for housings, the one which this enumerated as the I surrender 4 of this book, there the office steps are shown and of work that they should be carried out for the construction of covered in wood.
