dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de grado incluye las experiencias obtenidas al participar en el programa “Viva la Escuela” del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Dicho programa consistió en un voluntariado de estudiantes de licenciaturas que buscaban realizar sus prácticas profesionales o trabajo de grado, que debían viajar y permanecer en un municipio rural durante tres meses para asistir diariamente a la institución asignada e implementar allí tres Actuaciones Educativas de Éxito. La metodología propuesta para las tertulias literarias dialógicas implica la selección de un texto clásico universal, con lecturas individuales y grupales de capítulos específicos. Los estudiantes realizaban lecturas previas y discutían fragmentos que les interesaran, relacionándolos con sus vidas cotidianas. En los grupos interactivos, se organizaban tres actividades temáticas diferentes, lideradas por voluntarios, para fortalecer el mismo tema. Durante el tiempo de extensión de aprendizaje, los estudiantes recibían apoyo educativo de los voluntarios, resolviendo dudas y realizando tareas adicionales para reforzar los conceptos aprendidos en las tertulias y grupos interactivos. Los resultados obtenidos fueron favorables y se denotó un cambio significativo en los estudiantes, potenciando en su desempeño académico y también su actitud frente a su propia la educación.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis thesis includes the experiences obtained by participating in the "Viva la Escuela" program of the Ministry of National Education. This program consisted of volunteering ungraduated students who were looking to carry out their professional internships or degree work, who had to travel and stay in a rural municipality for three months to attend the assigned institution daily and implement three Successful Educational Actions there. The methodology proposed for dialogic literary gatherings involves the selection of a universal classic text, with individual and group readings of specific chapters. Students did pre-readings and discussed excerpts that interested them, relating them to their daily lives. In the interactive groups, three different thematic activities were organized, led by volunteers, to strengthen the same theme. During the learning extension time, students received educational support from the volunteers, answering questions and carrying out additional tasks to reinforce the concepts learned in the gatherings and interactive groups. The results obtained were favorable and a significant change was denoted in the students, enhancing their academic performance and their attitude towards their own education.
