dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el conflicto socioambiental que existe en zona rural de San Vicente de Chucurí, Santander entre la comunidad campesina que habita el área de protección del Parque Nacional Natural Serranía de los Yariguíes y la estructura administrativa del mismo Parque por la instauración y la intervención de la entidad ambiental en el territorio a través de sus objetivos de conservación anclados a su plan de manejo institucional. Desde un enfoque metodológico cualitativo, se lleva a cabo un estudio de caso como técnica de investigación partiendo de una revisión bibliográfica de antecedentes teórico/metodológicos y normativos para la ejecución en campo de cada una de las fases propuestas dentro del presente trabajo académico. El conflicto socioambiental se genera cuando en el 2005 llega la institución Parque Nacional N,S.YA a zona veredal de San Vicente para implementar una transformación en los territorios que han sido alterados por acciones sociales como la agricultura siendo esta una de las actividades que más genera escenarios de disturbios en los elementos objeto de conservación que selecciona el Parque para delimitarlo como área protegida, entonces la conflictividad socioambiental se desarrolla por la tierra, por la fauna y la flora y por el agua.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of this research work is to analyze the socio-environmental conflict that exists in the rural area of San Vicente de Chucurí, Santander between the peasant community that inhabits the protection area of the Serranía de los Yariguíes National Natural Park and the administrative structure of the same Park by the establishment and intervention of the environmental entity in the territory through its conservation objectives anchored to its institutional management plan. From a qualitative methodological approach, a case study is carried out as a research technique based on a bibliographic review of theoretical/methodological and regulatory background for the field execution of each of the phases proposed within the present academic work. The socio-environmental conflict was generated when in 2005 the N.S.YA National Park institution arrived in the rural area of San Vicente to implement a transformation in the territories that have been altered by social actions such as agriculture, this being one of the activities that most generates scenarios of disturbances in the elements subject to conservation that the Park selects to delimit it as a protected area, then the socio-environmental conflict develops over the land, over the fauna and flora and over the water.
