dc.description.abstractLa fiscalía General de la Nación, al determinar el aumento del índice en la recepción de denuncias por el delito de Inasistencia alimentaria, se vio enfocada a la creación de una Sub-Unidad de Inasistencia Alimentaria, con el único fin de llevar a cabo las diligencias investigativas propias en cada despacho, para así culminar la etapa de indagación e investigación con la solicitud de imputación y posterior audiencia de imputación. Nuestra práctica se desarrolló en la Fiscalía Segunda Local de Bucaramanga, adscrita a la Sub-Unidad de Inasistencia alimentaria, con un enfoque propositivo hacía la materialización del proyecto piloto SAI (Sala de Atención de Inasistencia Alimentaria), dirigido a la prevención y humanización de la justicia; brindando celeridad y apoyo jurídico, en busca del fortalecimiento de la unidad familiar como base de la sociedad, dado que los menores de edad son el porcentaje más alto de beneficiarios a los que les han vulnerado sus derechos en la ejecución de este tipo penal. Como conclusión de lo anterior, se forjó la propuesta del proyecto piloto S.A.I., con la visión de una ejecución primaria a nivel regional y posteriormente a nivel nacional, es por ello que se ha encaminado a obtener el aval de las autoridades pertinentes.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe General Prosecution of the Nation, in determining the index growth at the reception of complaints for the crime of Food Absence, focused on the creation of a Sub-Unit of Food Absence, with the sole purpose of carrying out its own investigative efforts in each dispatch, to culminate the stage of inquiry and investigation with the request for imputation and subsequent hearing of imputation. Our internship was developed at the Second Local Prosecution of Bucaramanga, attached to the Sub-Unit of Food Absence, with a proactive approach towards the realization of the pilot project SAI (Food Absence Care Room), aimed at the prevention and humanization of justice; providing speed and legal support, seeking to strengthen the family unit as the basis of society, given that minors are the highest percentage of beneficiaries who have been violated their rights in the execution of this criminal type. In conclusion, the proposal of the pilot project S.A.I. has been forged, with the vision of a primary execution at regional level and subsequently at national level, it is for this reason that it has been directed to obtain the endorsement of the pertinent authorities.
