dc.description.abstractEl sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional en ingeniería y tecnología especializada Ltda., se documento, implemento y se puso en marcha siguiendo los requisitos de la norma OSHAS 18001:2007, surgiendo antes las necesidad de la empresa en el mejoramiento continuo y el bienestar se sus trabajadores, contratistas, proveedores y demás personal ligado a las actividades de la empresa El sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional permite a las organizaciones dar cumplimiento de las obligaciones de seguridad y salud de manera eficiente, además facilita la integración con otros sistemas basados en la norma ISO 9001, ISO 14001 como es el caso de ITE LTDA. La metodología para el desarrollo del proyecto se basa en el ciclo DEMING (PHVA) planear, hacer, verificar y actuar. Como etapa inicial para la plantación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional en ingeniería y tecnología especializada Ltda., se realizo un diagnóstico inicial del grado de cumplimiento de la empresa frente a los requisitos de la norma OSHAS 18001:2007. Esta herramienta implementada permite evidenciar el compromiso de la gerencia de ITE LTDA., con la elaboración y estructuración de la política integral se seguridad, salud ocupacional, ambiente y calidad con sus respectivos objetivos, panorama de factores de riesgo, entrenamiento, concientización y competencia, consulta y elaboración de documentos tanto administrativos como operativos, programas de vigilancias epidemiológicas, inspecciones, medición y seguimiento y no conformidades con sus respectivas acciones correctivas y preventivas. Los resultados obtenidos han permitido las oportunidades de mejora en ITE LTDA.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe system of security management and occupational health in engineering and specialized technology Ltda., it was documented, and implemented and started up following the requirements of the norm OSHAS 18001:2007, arising because the necessity from the company in the continuous improvement and the well-being of its workers, contractors, suppliers and other personnel related to the activities of the company. The system of security management and occupational health allows the organizations to fulfill of the obligations of security and health of efficient way, in addition it facilitates integration with other systems based on the norm ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 as it is the case of ITE Ltda. The methodology for the development of the project is based on the DEMING cycle (PHVA) to plan, to do, to verify and to act. Like initial stage for the plantation of the management system of security and occupational health in engineering and specialized technology Ltda., an initial diagnosis of the degree of fulfillment of the company was made as opposed to the requirements of norm OSHAS 18001:2007. This implemented tool allows to demonstrate the commitment of the managers of ITE Ltda., with the elaboration and structuring of the integral policy of security, occupational health, atmosphere and quality with its respective objectives, panorama of risk factors, training, awareness and competition, consults and administrative and operative document elaborations , programs of monitoring epidemiologists, inspection, measurement and follow up and nonconformities with its respective remedial actions and preventive ones. The obtained results have allowed the opportunities of improvement in ITE LTDA.
