dc.description.abstractEl propósito de este proyecto fue el de diseñar y construir un modelo funcional de un sistema indicador de la alteración espontánea de la temperatura corporal en pacientes con cuadriplejía que permitiera medir, monitorear y comunicar sus variaciones a las personas cuidadoras a través del uso de telemetría biomédica y constituyéndose en un medio de apoyo ante la falla del sistema termorregulador autónomo del paciente. El contenido del trabajo se estructuró para dar una vista general de las diferentes etapas realizadas en el proceso de diseño, cada una de estas siguió una respectiva metodología. La primera etapa Análisis del Problema incluyó los capítulos del 1 al 6, en los cuales se llevó a cabo el planteamiento del proyecto, recopilación y análisis de la información. La segunda etapa correspondió al Diseño y Construcción del sistema, ésta comprendió los capítulos del 7 al 8, en los que se realizaron los criterios base para la definición del producto, el planteamiento de alternativas, selección y experimentación ergonómica y técnica, además de la inspección, validación de prototipos y la evaluación final del producto. Finalmente se registraron las conclusiones y mostraron los resultados, se citó bibliografía, y se hizo referencia a los respectivos anexos que complementan el
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this project was the one to design and to build a functional model of an indicative system of the spontaneous alteration of the corporal temperature in patient with quadriplegia that allowed to measure, monitoring and to communicate its variations to people caretakers through the use of biomedical telemetry and being constituted in a means of support before the flaw of the patient's thermoregulatory system autonomous. The content of the work was structured to give a general view of the different stages carried out in the design process, each one of these it followed a respective methodology. The first stage "Analysis of the Problem" it included the chapters from the 1 to the 6, in which it was carried out the position of the project, summary and analysis of the information. The second stage corresponded to the Design and Construction of the system, this included the chapters from the 7 to the 8, in those that were carried out the criterion base for the product definition, the planning of alternatives, selection and ergonomic and technical experimentations, besides the inspection, validation of prototypes and the final evaluation of the product. Finally it was registered the summation and showed the results, it was made a bibliography, and a reference was made to the respective annexes that supplement the work.
