dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este proyecto es suministrar a la Escuela de Ingeniería Mecánica, el diseño de un Banco de Pruebas suficientemente versátil, el cual una vez construido, permitirá la realización de un conjunto de experiencias que tratan aspectos de gran importancia en el área del Transporte de Fluidos. El diseño integra, en un solo banco, los recursos necesarios para el estudio del fenómeno de pérdidas de energía en tuberías, válvulas y accesorios debidas al flujo de líquidos; para el análisis del comportamiento hidráulico de tuberías en serie y paralelo, y finalmente, para la obtención de curvas características DP vs. Q de bombas centrífugas para diferentes disposiciones operativas. Para lograr esto, se dispone de un conjunto de líneas de tubería, de forma tal que permiten configurar un número de líneas de trabajo, en las cuales se incluyen los elementos a estudiar: tuberías, válvulas o accesorios. Un par de bombas centrifugas con una configuración de líneas de succión y descarga permiten, mediante la manipulación de válvulas, la operación de una bomba, o la operación en serie o en paralelo. Además, se implementa en el diseño, instrumentación precisa para la medición de Presiones de succión y descarga de bombas, caídas de presión en líneas de trabajo y caudal, junto con un arreglo de tuberías que permitan agrupar las señales de presión, de acuerdo al tipo y magnitud, para realizar las mediciones con una cantidad mínima de manómetros. El resultado es el diseñó de un Banco de pruebas el cual permite variar todos los parámetros que intervienen en el fenómeno. Su sistema modular a través de bridas, confiere la posibilidad de expandir a estudio nuevos elementos; y la información consignada en manuales de prueba junto con el simulador Transporte de Fluidos complementa el estudio y análisis de las experiencias a desarrollar.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this project is to supply to the Mechanical School of Engineering, the design of a Station of Tests sufficiently versatile, which once it built, will permit the execution of go assembly of experiences that treat aspects of great importance in the area of the Transportation of Fluids. The design integrates, in to single Station, the necessary resources for the study of the energy losses phenomenon in piping, valves and fittings due to the flow of liquids; for the analysis of the hydraulic behaviour of piping in series and parallel, and finally, for the characteristic obtaining of curves DP vs. Q of pumps centrifugal for different operating dispositions. To development this, is arranged of to piping lines assembly, of form such that permit to configure to job lines number, in which the elements till included to study: pipes, valves or fittings. To pair of centrifugal pumps with to configuration of lines of suction and discharge permit, by means of the configuration of valves, the operation of to pump, or the operation in series or in parallel. Besides, it is implemented in the design, instrumentation need for the suction Pressures measurement and discharge of pumps, falls of pressure in lines of job and abundant, together with go arrangement of piping that permit to group the signs of pressure, according to the type and magnitude, to carry out the measurements with to most minimum quantity of instruments. The result is the designed of a Bench of tests which permits to vary all the parameters that intervenes in the phenomenon. Its system modular through flanges, the possibility confers to expand to new study elements; and the information consigned in manuals of test together with the simulator "Transportation of Fluids" complements the study and analysis of the experiences to develop.
