dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo es el resultado de la práctica jurídico social realizada en la dependencia de Bienestar Estudiantil de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Surge de la necesidad institucional de actualizar los reglamentos que rigen los programas socioeconómicos dirigidos a los estudiantes de la Universidad. El objetivo de este trabajo fue elaborar propuestas normativas para los programas de, Servicio de Comedor estudiantil, Residencias Universitarias, Auxiliatura de comedores y cafetería, Auxiliatura de sostenimiento para estudiantes cabeza de familia y tarifas de trámites y servicios de la Coordinación de Servicios Integrales de Salud y Desarrollo Psicosocial. Con el fin de sentar bases sólidas y fundamentadas para estructurar las propuestas normativas, se empleó un enfoque descriptivo y propositivo, con análisis comparado frente a reglamentos de otras Universidades, y un análisis de los reglamentos vigentes de la UIS, enriquecido con aportes propios y retroalimentación por parte de los órganos encargados de aplicar dichos reglamentos en Bienestar Estudiantil. Como resultado de la práctica jurídico social, se produjeron propuestas concretas para cada uno de los programas mencionados, con las que se pretende generar un impacto positivo en la prestación de los servicios, y, por ende, a los estudiantes; gracias a la integración de criterios jurídicos orientados a fortalecer la seguridad jurídica, la claridad, transparencia, eficacia y sentido social
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work is the result of the legal and social internship carried out in the Student Welfare Office of the Universidad Industrial de Santander. It arises from the institutional need to update the regulations governing the socioeconomics programs aimed at the university’s student. The objective of this project was to develop regulatory proposals for the following programs: Student Dining Service, University Residences, Student cafeteria and Dining Hall Assistants, Financial Aid for Student Heads of Household, and the Fees and Services of the Coordination of Integrated Health and Psychosocial Development Services. In order to establish solid and well founded bases for structuring the proposed regulations, a descriptive and propositional approach was used, including a comparative analysis of regulations from other universities, as well as a thorough review of the current UIS regulations. This review was enriched by the intern’s own contributions and by feedback from the entities responsible for implementing these regulations within Student Welfare. As a result of the legal and social internship, concrete proposals were produced for each of the aforementioned programs. These proposals aim to generate a positive impact on the provision of services and consequently on the students by integrating legal criteria designed to strengthen legal certainty, clarity, transparency, efficiency, and social relevance
