| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se presenta la caracterización y el balance energético del sistema de gasificación a altas y bajas temperaturas del gasificador de lecho fijo, que se encuentra en la finca ecológica Tosoly, en Socorro Santander. Se realizaron diferentes pruebas a la biomasa residual y materia prima utilizada en la alimentación de la planta, tales como Análisis Elemental y análisis próximo, para poder predecir el comportamiento del combustible inicial en el proceso. Se medieron parámetros tales como presión, temperatura y flujo de gas y agua ,en varios puntos de la planta, con el objetivo de conocer como se llevaba a cabo el proceso de gasificación y encontrar los posibles procesos que hacían ineficiente el sistema, para realizar las diferentes recomendaciones. Referente al sistema de generación eléctrica, se hicieron pruebas sobre el generador y se investigó sobre el motor diesel y su modificación a 100% gas natural. También se realizó un levantamiento a la instalación y al sistema de distribución que alimentaba los diferentes circuitos existentes dentro de la finca. Finalmente se comprobó la eficiencia del sistema, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes recursos naturales renovables utilizados, los medios de transformación de estos recursos y al aprovechamiento sostenible de los mismos | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This paper presents the characterization and energy balance gasification system at high and low temperatures fixed bed gasifier, which is on the farm ecological Tosoly, Relief Santander. Various tests were performed to biomass and waste raw material used in the feeding of the plant, such as Elemental Analysis and analysis next, in order to predict the behavior of the initial fuel in the process. It medieron parameters such as pressure, temperature and flow of gas and water in several parts of the plant, with the aim to learn as carried out by the gasification process and find possible processes that were inefficient system, to perform various recommendations. Regarding the electricity generation system was tested on the generator and was investigated on the diesel engine amendment to 100% natural gas.
