dc.description.abstractEl proyecto de creación de un Centro de Artes Plásticas para niños está diseñado con la finalidad de reducir el tiempo que pasan frente al televisor y se dediquen a una actividad que les proporciona un sano entretenimiento, les brinda la oportunidad de desarrollar la creatividad y habilidades sociales, además contribuir a su desarrolló educacional. El Centro de Artes Plásticas buscará abarcar los diferentes sectores de la ciudad; con cursos donde se desarrollen diversas técnicas de las artes plásticas y las manualidades, que serán impartidos por artistas plásticos. Se dictarán cursos regulares e intensivos con horarios para las vacaciones y periodo lectivo. Este estudio ofrece los parámetros necesarios para crear una empresa dedicada al servicio de enseñanza de las artes plásticas y manualidades a los niños y adolescentes de estratos 3, 4, 5 y 6 de Barrancabermeja. El estudio de mercados muestra que gran parte de la población objetivo desea los servicios que brindará la nueva empresa, por ser una alternativa a la oferta donde las empresas existentes no satisfacen la demanda total; por su parte, el estudio técnico indica que se facilita la localización, y la obtención de recursos. La constitución de la empresa es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades propias de la nueva empresa; el estudio financiero indica que la inversión inicial ($66.670.674) y el capital de trabajo ($26.670.674) están al alcance de las interesadas en el proyecto. La evaluación da a conocer la ausencia de impactos ambientales y sociales negativos, y la oportunidad de generar empleo en la región, mejorando la vida de la organización, los inversionistas y el sector empresarial; los indicadores TIR (27,99%) Y VPN ($38.314.631) reflejan las ventajas económicas del proyecto para la recuperación de la inversión en el corto plazo. Los resultados demuestran que el proyecto es viable.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project of creation of Fine Arts Center for children is designed with the purpose of reduce the time that children spend in front of televisión, and that they engage in an activity that providing them healthy entertainment, will also give them the opportunity of developing their creativity and social skills, as well as their educational development. The Fine Arts Center seeks to include the different city districts, with courses where diverse techniques are developed in the áreas of visual arts and handcrafts. These will be taught by visual artists in the form of regular and intensive courses during vacation time as well as the normal academic period. This study offers the necessary parameters for creating a company dedicated to teaching fine arts and handcrafts to children and adolescents in social class 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Barrancabermeja. The market study shows that a great part of the target population wants this service that the new company will offer; given it is an option that the current companies do not satisfy the total demand. The technical study shows that location is easy as well as obtaining the resources. The constitution organizational is simple and allows to glide, to administer, to direct and to control the own activities of the new company; the financial study indicates that the initial investment ($66.670.674) and the capital of work ($26.670.674) they are within reach of interested in the project. The evaluation shows the absence of a negative social and environmental impact, and the opportunity in generating employment in the región enhancing company, investor and corporate sector life. TIR (27,99%) and VPN ($38.314.631) advantages in recovering the investment in the short-term. Results show the project is viable.
