dc.description.abstractEste trabajo presenta y resalta los diferentes elementos que comprenden el movimiento salsero en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, su historia, su gente, sus lugares, su música, su radio, su Salsa. académico y cultural creados con el objetivo de exponer y difundir las diferentes manifestaciones culturales de la Salsa en la ciudad, creando un público que interactúe, aprenda y apoye las diversas actividades que el movimiento ofrece a la comunidad. El proceso de realización de este trabajo consta de dos partes; la primera relacionada con la historia, inicia con la recopilación de información que permite describir y contextualizar los acontecimientos, que han hecho parte de la historia de la salsa en Bucaramanga, se realizaron entrevistas a diferentes personas protagonistas en el desarrollo del movimiento salsero en la ciudad, músicos, locutores de radio, melómanos, dueños de los lugares más importantes donde se baila y escucha salsa, entre otros. La segunda, la difusión se realiza por medio de las redes sociales como YouTube y Facebook; además se realizaron dos charlas didácticas y un evento con orquestas locales, en el cual, el objetivo principal fue exponer los trabajos inéditos de carácter salsero. Este proyecto es una muestra de que la salsa en Bucaramanga es un movimiento que cada día crece más y es un elemento importante en el desarrollo social y cultural de la ciudad.
