dc.description.abstractSe presenta como un estudio, que analiza la realidad, del suministro de agua potable en la Zona Urbana del Municipio de Manaure, teniendo como base la situación actual de la empresa como fase preliminar del diagnóstico. El estudio analiza la empresa desde el punto de vista de la situación administrativa, donde se identifica, cual es su estructura organizacional, las deficiencias que presenta la sección y sus fortalezas, de tal manera que se puedan adelantar ac ciones que contribuyan el mejoramiento en cuanto al manejo administrativo. Otro aspecto analizado es la situación financiera , para determinar cual es su posibilidad de posiciones como una empresa pujante que beneficie a los habitantes de Manaure. El análisis, establece, que la situación comercial presenta algunas deficiencias al no tener clasificado los usuarios actuales y potenciales, que le permita a la entidad adelantar acciones en función del mejoramiento continuo, del mismo modo, las funciones administrativas presenta algunas deficiencias al estar a cargo la dirección, planeación y organización en cabeza del gerente, quien asume las responsabilidades, sin embargo este aspecto demuestra una fortaleza en el sentido de que la empresa no se encuentra burocratizada. Uno de los problemas mas notorios dentro del suministro de agua para Manaure, lo constituye la situación operativa, donde se tienen dos estaciones como son Casa Azul y Shiruria, con grandes deficiencia en cuanto almacenamiento, tratamiento y transporte del líquido. Por ultima el proyecto contempla la situación actual de los usuarios , en el cual, se identifican las grandes necesidades en cuanto al suministro de agua que padece la población hoy en día y que debe ser objeto de una acción definida por parte de la empresa y de los entes gubernamentales.(51)
dc.description.abstractenglishIt presents as a study that analyzes the reality, of the supply of drinkable water in the UrbanArea of the Municipality of Manaure, having like base the current situation of the companylike preliminary phase of the | diagnose. The study analyzes the company from the point of view of the administrative situation, whereit is identified which is its organizational structure, the deficiencies that it presents the sectionand its strengths, in such a way that you/they can be ahead actions that contribute theimprovement as for the administrative handling. Another analyzed aspect is the financialsituation, to determine which is its possibility of positions like a strong company that itbenefits the inhabitants of Manaure. The analysis, settles down that the commercial situation presents some deficiencies whennot having classified the current and potential users that it allows to the entity to advanceactions in function of the continuous improvement, in the same way, the administrativefunctions present some deficiencies however when being to position the address, planeacionand organization in the manager's head who assumes the responsibilities, this aspect itdemonstrates a strength in the sense that the company is not bureaucratized. One of theproblems but notorious inside the supply of water for Manaure, it constitutes it the operativesituation, where two stations are had like they are Blue House and Shiruria, with bigdeficiency as soon as storage, treatment and transport of the liquid. For it finishes the project it contemplates the current situation of the users, in the one which, the big necessities are identified as for the supply of water that the population suffers today inday and that you/he/she should be object of a defined action on the part of the company andof the government entities.
