dc.description.abstractLa universidad industrial de Santander en convenio con la alcaldía de Bucaramanga ha querido impulsar un hermoso proyecto para la comunidad bumanguesa acogiendo las localidades más necesitadas. Estas comunidades se encuentran olvidadas y presentan carencias en aspectos referentes a salud, educación, ambiente, infraestructura de sus viviendas, seguridad, oportunidades laborales y proyección a nivel deportivo y artístico. Esta situación aumenta las posibilidades de degradación social que harán más difícil el supervivir de una sociedad. Educación musical y cultura ciudadana es el nombre de este proyecto que en su misma denominación nos da entender la profundidad que tiene y el noble ideal que persigue, centrándose principalmente en el fortalecimiento cultural y artístico de los sectores seleccionados para dicha labor. Se trata de realizar una dinámica en el proceso de formación de una banda musical infantil, que enriquezca en un sentido humano y conlleve a cada uno de los participantes a identificarse como ciudadano, asumiendo de esta manera la responsabilidad y el valor de serlo para consigo y sus semejantes. Para nuestro caso particular se llevo a cabo el proyecto en el centro educativo Gustavo Cote Uribe del barrio Maria Paz norte de Bucaramanga, el cual tendrá continuidad según lo estipulado en el convenio UIS Œ Alcaldía de Bucaramanga.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Universidad Industrial de Santander in agreement with the mayorship of Bucaramanga has wanted to impel a beautiful project for the Bucaramanga community welcoming specially the needed localities. These communities are forgotten and they have deficiencies in aspects like health, education, environment, labor infrastructure of their special houses, security, labor opportunities and projection at sport and artistic level. This situation increases the possibilities of the social degradation that they will make more difficult the society's surviving. Musical education and citizen culture are the name of this project that in his same denomination give us to understand that it has and the noble ideal that it seeks, centering principally in the cultural and artistic fortification of the selected sectors for this work. This is to make a dynamic in the process of formation of an infantile band that it enriches, in a human sense and entails to each one of the participants to identify himself like citizen, assuming like this the responsibility and the value to be it for himself and his fellow men. For our particular case, we carried out this project in the Centro Educativo Gustavo Cote Uribe of the neighborhood Maria Paz, North of Bucaramanga, and it will have continuity according to stipulated in - agreement UIS ΠMayorship of Bucaramanga.
