dc.description.abstractEl propósito de esta investigación fue la búsqueda de las variables clave que inciden en el desarrollo de la Agrópolis de Santander-Magdalena Medio como una estrategia de competitividad regional. Con este fin se desarrolló una metodología compuesta por las siguientes etapas: Inicialmente, se identificaron las palabras clave que forman parte del sistema Agrópolis, más adelante, con este resultado se construyó la ecuación de búsqueda, la cual fue implementada en la base de datos ISI Web of Science, posteriormente, se realizó un análisis bibliométrico, con el fin de determinar las variables que actúan en el sistema, de esta actividad se obtuvieron 271 elementos que se agruparon hasta llegar a la cantidad de 12 variables, a continuación, se realizó la caracterización de estas variables y finalmente se implementó el análisis estructural, herramienta de la prospectiva que facilita la identificación de las variables clave a partir del estudio del comportamiento entre dichos elementos, en el corto, mediano, largo plazo y en la forma en que cada una de estas influye sobre el sistema completo. Teniendo identificadas las variables claves y analizando sus influencias y dependencias, se procedió a construir tres posibles escenarios (Pesimista, Optimista y Apuesta), finalmente se planteó una estrategia de trabajo colaborativo entre los actores que forman parte del agro en el departamento, con el fin de promover la competitividad regional.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this investigation was the search of the key variables that affect the development of the Agropolis of Santander-Magdalena Medio as a regional competitiveness strategy. To this end, a methodology was developed consisting of the following stages: Initially, the key words that are part of the Agropolis system were identified. Later, with this result, the search equation was built, which was implemented in the ISI Web of Science database. Afterwards, a bibliometric analysis was carried out in order to determine the variables that act in the system, from this activity 271 elements were obtained and were grouped until reaching the amount of 12 variables, then the characterization of these variables was made and finally the structural analysis was implemented, a tool of the prospective that facilitates the identification of the key variables from the study of the behavior between said elements, in the short, medium, long term and in the way in which each one of these influences the entire system. Having identified the key variables and analyzing their influences and dependencies, a construction of three possible scenarios was carried out, finally a collaborative work strategy was proposed among the actors that are part of the agro in the department, in order to promote the regional competitiveness.
