dc.description.abstractDebido a los niveles de pobreza que en general viven los productores de cacao del playón, se pretende que con las competencias aprendidas en la universidad, proponer a los productores otro enfoque de comercialización, diferente al tradicional para que la cacao- cultura, sea un buen negocio y les permita elevar su nivel de vida y el de sus familias, explotando y re potencializando, las ventajas competitivas que tiene el municipio del playón, a través de la asociatividad y el uso de técnicas que ya han sido probadas en otras zonas del país. Se parte de “ASOCAP” como organización ya establecida y legalmente constituida, Para que sirva como referente y piloto para atraer a otros productores asociados. a generar producciones de alta calidad y volúmenes exportables. Se propone mostrar que las mejoras en sus labores culturales, el trabajo en equipo y una logística de cosecha-beneficio y acopio, garantiza calidad y volumen, para acceder a mercados más especializados, y por lo tanto se obtendrán mejores precios, impactando el nivel económico de las familias productoras.
dc.description.abstractenglishDue to the levels of poverty that cocoa producers in the beach generally experience, it is intended that with the skills learned at the university, propose to producers another marketing approach, different from the traditional one, so that cocoa-culture is a good business and allow them to raise their standard of living and that of their families, exploiting and reinforcing the competitive advantages that the municipality of Playón has, through associativity and the use of techniques that have already been tested in other areas of the country. Be part of ASOCAP as an organization already established and legally constituted, to serve as a reference and pilot to attract other associated producers. to generate high quality productions and exportable volumes.
