dc.description.abstractLos procesos educativos como los conocíamos han sido totalmente reestructurados. La forma de enseñar el Derecho, y la forma de litigar y administrar justicia, también han cambiado. En ese sentido, la educación mediada por las Tecnologías de la Información y de la Comunicación (TIC), hace las veces de instrumento para la adaptación y la resiliencia, derivado de la crisis planetaria por la pandemia del virus SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19). El proyecto surge con el fin de replantear las estrategias y metodologías complementarias del proceso educativo mediante el diseño y montaje de un Aula Virtual de Aprendizaje, para la asignatura de Derecho Penal Especial I. Todos los recursos y las actividades que se propusieron y ejecutaron durante las sesiones de clase, se adaptaron a un modelo de estudio cuya esperanza es fortalecer el interés de las y los estudiantes por el aprendizaje de la asignatura. En procura de la adopción de compromisos personales y profesionales, para encontrar solución a los problemas que originan los diversos fenómenos de criminalidad, que aquejan y profundizan las exclusiones históricas y las problemáticas estructurales de nuestra sociedad. Dichas soluciones sólo pueden formularse mediante un exhaustivo ejercicio de lectura y discusión dialógica, que verse sobre: i) Normas jurídicas sustanciales y procesales; ii) Jurisprudencia nacional e internacional; y, iii) El estudio y análisis de las diversas instituciones jurídico-penales. La importancia de mejorar la educación, y generar una cobertura universal en todos los niveles de formación, obedece a que en nuestro país muchas personas se encuentran sin la totalidad de sus necesidades básicas satisfechas, por eso, en este injusto y desigual contexto socioeconómico, la educación es un catalizador que permite que florezcan las demás virtudes ciudadanas, propendiendo así por la construcción de una Nación más civilizada, que materialice los postulados democráticos de nuestro Estado Social de Derecho.
dc.description.abstractenglishEducational processes as we knew them have been totally restructured. The way of teaching law, and the way of litigating and administering justice, have also changed. In this sense, education mediated by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), works as an instrument for adaptation and resilience, against the obstruction of the face-to-face teaching and learning process, derived from the planetary crisis due to the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) virus pandemic. The teaching of law is compelled to reform. Therefore, this project arises in order to rethink the complementary strategies and methodologies of the educational process through the design and assembly of a Virtual Learning Classroom, for the subject called Special Criminal Law I. All the resources and activities that were proposed and carried out during the class sessions were adapted to a study model whose hope is to strengthen the students' interest in learning the subject. In seeking to adopt personal and professional commitments, to find a solution to the problems that originate the various crime phenomena, which afflict and deepen the historical exclusions and structural problems of our society. Those solutions can only be formulated by means of an exhaustive exercise of reading and dialogical discussion about: i) Substantial and procedural legal norms; ii) National and international jurisprudence; and, iii) The study and analysis of the various legal-criminal institutions. The importance of improving education, and generating universal coverage at all levels of training, is due to the fact that in our country many people find themselves without all of their basic needs satisfied, therefore, in this unfair and unequal socioeconomic context, the Education is a catalyst that allows the other virtues of citizenship to flourish, thus promoting the construction of a more civilized Nation, which materializes the democratic postulates of our Social State of Law.
