dc.description.abstractLa implementación de un sistema de manejo ambiental es la base para el desarrollo de programas que mitiguen y minimicen los impactos ambientales que se originan durante el proceso productivo de una empresa. Con la puesta en marcha del presente Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos sólidos y similares se pretende ir más allá de cumplir con la normatividad ambiental vigente; se espera lograr la gestión integral de los residuos en cada unidad generadora para minimizar los impactos que puedan generar sobre la salud y el medio ambiente. Esta gestión va dirigida no solo a entregar los residuos a las empresas encargadas de su manejo, sino a la implementación de las etapas de manejo de los residuos a saber: minimización de su generación, separación en la fuente, almacenamiento adecuado, transporte, tratamiento, en caso necesario, y disposición final; también está dirigida a realizar las acciones necesarias para promover su aprovechamiento y tratamiento adecuado. El Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos está orientado a racionalizar y optimizar los recursos, mitigar los impactos negativos, y contribuir a un cambio en la cultura y en las formas convencionales del manejo de los residuos generados en Financiera Comultrasan, cabe resaltar que la efectividad de estos procedimientos está en el conocimiento y grado de apropiación que de ellos hagan todos los actores involucrados en el manejo de los residuos en las diferentes dependencias de la empresa. Para la construcción de este Plan se hizo un diagnóstico detallado al interior de las dependencias de la empresa donde se generan residuos y un análisis de los resultados obtenidos, y de esta manera poder diseñar el mismo. 1
dc.description.abstractenglishThe implementation of an environmental management system is the basis for the development of programs to mitigate and minimize the environmental impacts arising during the production process of a company. With the implementation of this Plan of Integrated Management of Solid Waste and the like is to go beyond compliance with current environmental regulations; is expected to achieve the integrated management of waste in each generating unit to minimize impacts that may cause health and the environment. This management is addressed not only to deliver the waste to the companies responsible for their management, but the implementation of the stages of waste management namely minimization of their generation, source separation, proper storage, transportation, treatment, if required, and final disposal; is also directed to make the necessary to promote their use and appropriate treatment measures. The Plan of Integrated Solid Waste Management is geared to streamline and optimize resources, mitigate negative impacts, and contribute to a change in culture and conventional ways of managing waste generated in Financial Comultrasan, it should be noted that the effectiveness of these procedures is on knowledge and degree of ownership to make all actors involved in the management of waste in the various departments of the company from them. For the construction of this Plan was detailed inside the company premises where waste and an analysis of the diagnostic results are generated, and thus to design the same. 2
